It was fantastic. Located only 1 km from Kangra airport which was handy as I had an early flight the next morning. I have spent the past 6 weeks in India staying at hotels so I feel qualified to outline the points that made my stay here excellent. - upgrade to a larger room at no extra cost - very attentive staff who went out of their way to assist - very quiet. I am a light sleeper so this was a bonus. - bed so comfortable with pillows that were soft and comfortable - a large roll of toilet paper AND a spare roll. Other hotels provide one small roll and you need to ask reception for more every couple of days - room service for hot food which was reasonably priced - body wash and shampoo provided - lift to all floors - fridge in room - 2 large one litre bottles of water provided. - large bathroom with large shower head - fan and air conditioning in the room which was very nice as it was so hot - reception arranged for a taxi to the airport the next morning at a reasonable cost. Had a wonderful short stay.

Nothing of substance. Only tricky thing was that the hand basin in the bathroom - to get hot water you needed to turn the tap to the left whereas with the shower I needed to turn the tap to the right. I may have this round the wrong way but you get the idea.

Everything was very nice, the bathroom was very western and there was things like slippers that they would give so that was nice. The river that was in front was amazin, and you could see the Himalayas from there. It was very peaceful. The room was big and clean, nice. The bed was comfortable and the AC worked very good, although it was not very necessary since weather was super nice even without the AC.

The water would run too hot to be bearable and it wouldnt stay running up from the shower, instead it would come back to go out down from the tap. People that work at restaurant barely speak english and that would be difficult because I asked about a salad if there was egg in there (I asked many times becasue it looked they werent sure) and they assured there was egg but when it arrived there was no egg. They after this boiled eggs, but when I did the check out they charged two salads instead of one, I niticed and they fixed the check, but that didnt felt good. Food was expensive but the place was nice so I understand that.

Property was clean and good. Plus the river flowing in front of it and accessible from the hotel itself.

Hot and cold water settings need to be figured out

I honestly can't find any fault or dislike. Thoroughly professional and responsive staff. Top marks in my book.

Rooms were clean and great location to the airport (less than 5 minutes on car). The restaurant was good but didn’t have a lot of items on the menu which was a shame.

Room was spacious and had aircon facilities, modern and had a restaurant. Overlooked the river. Staff very helpful.

Quiet, clean, comfortable, close to Kangra airport. Wifi was stable.

Lovely, clean hotel. Close to airport (5 minutes in a taxi). Very helpful staff.
