Property, Mountain view and staff behaviour.

Breakfast:-There are no options other than omlet,poha and sandwich.So limited breakfast menu,taste is good but according to brand i expect more options in breakfast even from the second day no breakfast buffet was arranged they said due to limited rooms we are making as per order that's a biggest disappointment.I love the property but due to this may be i choose other property option next time

The day we entered we were awestruck by the view from the balcony, we then access the roof top and the view was so breathtaking we felt in love with it. We stayed for 6 days and each single day we had tea and breakfast at roof top with a splendid view of Dhauladhar Range. Whenever we will come to Dharamshala we will stay only in this Hotel. Now, coming to the food and hospitality, as being a foodie i have tried almost 70% options in dinner and almost everything in Breakfast and it was beyond expectations... Amazing food you will get here. Lastly, the service , the guys here areso humble and always ready to serve. They will let you feel like you are at a home. I will mention special thanks to Amit, Manish, Vivek for their attentive and warmth service with love Last but not least, the owner will ask you everytime about service, food, breakfast, and hospitality. There is nothing here to dislike

Gorgeous room with fabulous view but the best was the staff. I particularly thank ASHOK Bhai.. What a gracious and knowledgeable host. Our room was beyond expectations, the housekeeping staff ( AMIT, VIVEK & MANISH)were efficient, attentive. I have been to many places but do not recall a better or accommodating staff. Ashok Bhai our sincere thanks for helping your "City living" guest a real Mountain experience . We look fwd to returning with our Whole Family!! We Stayed for nearly 20 days Yatrik & Trupti.

Everything was excellent. Brand new Place, Amazing views from Restaurent, Very clean room, Clean Bathroom and amazing views from Balcony. Nothing to complaint.

Location and views are really good. Just few meters away from Sheela Chowk, where you can find all the essentials + Good Restaurant and friendly staff

Wifi hardly works on first floor or above. Bed has sharp edges, can be dangerous for small kids. Balcony should be cleaned properly.

very new, modern spacious rooms, quietly located, yet central with amazing views. also very nice the restaurant on top with delicious food.

an elevator is planned but not there yet. and please install a bedside light, so you don’t have to get up to shut down the light👌

location is excellent ….quiet ….surrounded by just lush green and the tea plantation …

there were some construction work going on in the property, on and off there were loud noise due to the ongoing work.

The overall facility was good. The staff was exceptionally great.

Gap in communication and clarity on few additional charges were not called out while i booked a cab with them for site seeing.

Good location. Offered Electric Car Charging facility at reasonable price. The view from the property is magnificent. The breakfast is of good quality with quite a few options.

Hotel is located near Sheela chowk just before the petrol pump. Car can be reached easily. Breakfast and food is exccellent. Rooms are clean and comfortable. I would recommend this property in 2-2.5k range. You have the mountain view from the rooms.
