The breakfast was satisfactory. The location is quite good and the staff especially Mr. Amal, Mr. Ginu and Mr. Radhakrishnan are very good in their behaviour to the guests. Please arrange the required coffee powder sugar and milk powder in the room which will be an additional convenience for the guests. Otherwise it is excellent. This you may consider as a request only.

Nothing. This is a brand new property and of course by experience only it will be better. Which means there is nothing to complain about it.

Rooms were neat and tidy. As the hotel was new , toilet and rooms were clean. Rooms were spacious also. Mountain view rooms were good, we could enjoy the mountains from the balcony and the mornings views of fog cladded mountains was a treat to watch. Hotel staff particularly a north Indian Guy ( forgot his name) was very friendly and had taken care our needs. They even arranged a small campfire ( though not fully to our satisfaction) for us .

Breakfast was a big disappointment with little spread and at times we had to wait a lot till dishes were replenished. Feels like they are under staffed. No live dishes were provided and we were on the lookout for staff during our breakfast sections. Our request for omelette & Dosa's were turned down siting that its chargeable. The facilities and services are not upto the mark for the price they charge. May be we visited during christmas vacation, around 28k for 4 rooms appear to be too expensive. No mini fridges in rooms, kettle had to be demanded this all were not expected from such properties.

The location is excellent, surrounded by a beautiful atmosphere that sets a perfect tone for relaxation. The first impression was lovely, with the friendly and attentive staff making us feel welcomed right away. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. The cleanliness, stylish decor, and spacious rooms stood out. Value for money. The room was well-equipped and comfortable, providing everything I needed for a relaxing stay. I was very pleased with my overall experience and look forward to returning for a longer visit in the future.

The service at dinner was particularly notable – the food was delicious. However, the food could be delivered hotter. Food delivered were cold and dry.

Property located in a serene location .we have enjoyed the misty morning from Balcony. Room is very clean and well maintained. The manager Mr. Amal and his team attended to all our requests and taken all care which made our stay a pleasant one.He has arranged for a nice jeep safari .Our Granddaughter spent a happy time at the kids play area. The buffet dinner is good . However little more varieties may be added to make it great.

1) One of the room was upgraded to a suite. 2) The room especially the suite was huge and spacious. 3) Both rooms had attached balcony which was very spacious and ideal for sitting together with family and have a good chit-chat or family bonding time.

1) The in-house restaurant did not have enough food options. 2) The restaurant staff did not understand our language. 3) No buffet and not much options for breakfast.

Food menu could have had more options as the hotel is the only source for the guest to have good food in & out the location.

Staffs were very polite and helpful. Stay was clean and as per our expectations. Food was average.

Food could have been better. Lift is just being installed, although it was ground and first floor , could be a problem for elderly if room is in first floor. Payment was only UPI , card machine did not work. Doesn't have AC / Fan in the dining area , sometimes might get hot during summers.

Location and upkeep.

Room does not havea AC. It may not be required as the weather is good, but then there is no window with a net so we can take the cool air in. As keeping window open brings in insects. So room becomes stuffy. Some improvement required here.

We booked this room as we wanted mountain view. Room was lovely just as decribed in the app. Lovely place to stay. Receptionist was kind enough to supply things which were not in the room.

Plates which was given at supper did not smell great, the smell was as if it was cleaned with dirty cloth. We had to ask them to replace with clean plates.
