The rooms were great as per the price. As my room was on the top floor so I had a good view from the balcony. The bathroom was clean, spacious and had all basic amenities. UDIT was super helpful and made my stay wonderful. Food served was tasty and felt like home. If you love to drink then there is a wine shop nearby. Overall the experience was great
It's a bit inward from the main areas of Gangtok.

We were hoping to have a nice and comfortable stay and the experience exceeded our expectations. Everyone was very helpful and we really enjoyed our stay special thanks to Mr Udit for being an excellent host. The kitchen staff and housekeeping made exceptional gestures to make our time here very memorable, kudos to the whole staff section. We ended up extending 2 more days than we had initially planned. Will surely check in at Narayani any time we are in Gantok. Must stay at THE NARAYANI CONTINENTAL....

Wonderful Hospitality was good.... The receptionist ( Udit) was quite helpful and friendly. Hotel to MG Marg with taxi it charged 20-30 rupees....by walking it takes 20-30mins..so overall it was a delightful stay...Thank you Narayani continental hotel and the staffs...will visit again..love A.M#Shillong. .
Food items and bathroom cleanliness could be better (since we're more concerned about bathroom cleanliness 😬) ...but somehow it was ok ok..

The stay was totally worth the money. The staff was helpful and friendly. Food was good enough. Clean room and washroom and overall a comfortable stay.
Location is a bit too far to reach . You need to take two share taxi to reach. But still not bad all together.

Stayed at Hotel The Narayani and loved every moment. The staff was friendly, the rooms were spotless, and the amenities were excellent. The attention to detail truly made it a standout experience. Would definitely stay here again!

The location is good, shared taxis are available outside for 20 rupees to mg marg. The bed was comfy and sockets by the bed, shower was very hot, shampoo and toilet roll was provided.
Pillows weren't good and it was a little noisy with the dogs and the monastery outside, always carry ear plugs in India

Very nice room with a view, clean and comfortable rooms, budget friendly, helpful staff.
The location is a little bit far from the city but it was not an issue for us.

The location is very good and the hotel staff is friendly and helpful.
I had to check out at 8:30 and I had ordered the breakfast but didn't get it coz the chef was late due to some reason.
