We stayed for 2D1N here. with family. it is a good hotel to stay. rooms were clean and free from noise. They have limited but delicious complimentary breakfast option. .

Only demerit we observed is if you require some thing you need to pay extra (almost 3 times the MRP of Item).. this should be improved. As per law as well nothing can be sold above than MRP. But they mentioned that it's hotel policy. however overall it was Nice stay

- Room was very big and had good amenities - had a big balcony with table and chairs - location was good and walking distance from the Mall. L de Goa - Nearby area also looked good to me. I was there for a night as I had a flight from Mopa airport the next day - breakfast was decent with some options - Staff were polite - overall I had a comfortable stay

- for wifi connection I had to call the reception and the speed was bad (1-2 Mbps) at least in the room I stayed in

Room was clean and specially the bedsheets. Good hot water throughout the day. Excellent breakfast, better than expected and would return because of this.Manager Desmond was very pleasant and helpful. Am returning in 2 weeks and hope he honours my requests. 24 hr reception

After doing the booking on Booking.com, too much harassment over advance payment, that I was unable to do because I had a foreign credit card, EVEN though Booking.com had my card details at time of booking and said if I did not show up , the room charges would be deducted, so dont know what the problem was. Caused a lot of hassle and stress, just before travel, which was not good and almost made me want to take my business elsewhere. Am sure lots of foreigners would encounter this same problem , due to lack of credit card from Indian bank. If they are so worried about " no shows" , they should have a banking link for payment where you can use your credit card from abroad.

Air conditioning in reception and in the rooms was working and cooling to ensure comfortable temperature, given 35+ degrees outside. Room was big and bed was comfortable

WiFi had to be reconnected every time you returned to room or cafe, not many ‘western’ breakfast options, and anything Indian would be useful to have explanations of what it is for those who do not know

Great place to stay! Very modern, comfy and clean. Big room with all amenities including fridge and extra large TV. The restaurant is very nice too, with good food (incl. continental options) and great location by the pool, with lots of natural light. Recommended!

Hardly anything to say. Maybe only that directions could be made slightly clearer e.g. by having a street sign, the hotel entrance was slightly difficult to find.

Car Parking space needs improvement. Suggest the Hotel clearly demarkates separate parking for 2 wherlers & cars. They do have basement parking, but that cannot be used till the entire basement is properly cleaned up of the nails and screws lying around. Wifi was available, but was very weak, so could hardly be used.

this property is a steal for the amount of money I paid. it’s so nice, clean and has a lot of facilities. I liked the area of the property as well. pool is clean and the breakfast was very good.

the staff’s could be a bit more customer friendly. and their rule of can’t bring even packed food items to the room sucks because they sell everything at 200% rate

The ambience of the whole property was mesmerizing. The room provided was spacious and with all necessary amenities. The staff were helpful and polite. I would always want to get back there to take a break and enjoy some quality time with my family there.

Great value for money! Lovely and clean nice soft beds but for us it was the management and staff super friendly we wouldn't hesitate to stay hear again we loved it

It's about 20 min drive to the beach but it's worth it for the value you get for your money so rent a bike and there's no issues. You won't regret it.

The check in and checkout process is fairly easy. The rooms were clean and housekeeping refilled the water/tea and coffee that they provide with the room.

The hotel is quite far from any beaches. You will have to take a taxi to any of the usual tourist spots.
