I recently had the pleasure of staying at Hotel Casa de Patio and I must say, it was an unforgettable experience. The location of the hotel is perfect - it's right in the heart of the city with easy access to all the major attractions, yet it's tucked away in a quiet and peaceful street, away from the hustle and bustle of the main roads. The rooms are incredibly spacious, and I loved the fact that they had a balcony with such a stunning view. I spent many hours just relaxing on the balcony, taking in the beautiful scenery around me. The rooms are also very well-appointed, with all the modern amenities you could ask for. But what really stood out for me was the breakfast. It was simply amazing! The spread was plentiful, and suit all tastes. The quality of the food was excellent, and everything was fresh and delicious. You can also enjoy swimming pool from 9am-6pm. Overall, I would highly recommend Hotel Casa de Patio to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay in the city. The location, the rooms, the breakfast, and the view all come together to create a truly memorable experience. I can't wait to go back!

Great location, Great Food. Very friendly staff, They used to call us every evening to ask if anything needed, they helped us with rental car and taxi’s too.

Amazing! Worth the Price! Good spacious rooms. Clean bed and linens. Clean bathrooms. Beautiful view from the balcony. Well maintained swimming pool .Warm staff. Please note, it’s not a beach hotel . You will have to drive approximately for 5 km to reach some well known beach in Goa. But, Porvorim is one of the “Non Touristy” areas of Goa. So, you will enjoy the actual local life of Goans here. So, to enjoy it thoroughly, Casa de patio is the place!

However, the scope to improve is in the quality of beds. The people with backache problems might have to adjust here because the beds are too soft. I think the springs inside have become old. Also, they should have Eggs and Dosa live counters in the breakfast to make it the Best. Charging a couple of hundreds extra for this, should be okay.

I slept well in the two days there. The room was cosy, the bathroom was good - toilet (flush, spray), shower (hot water). The pool was small but good for a relaxing swim anytime one felt like it. Staff were all pleasant and proactive. The room was peaceful. The meals - the complimentary breakfast was lavish and nutritionally appropriate (fruits). Dinners were also healthy, wholesome and tasty. Staff constantly finding out if required this or that. Since we arrived early, they arranged to accommodate us right away at a cost. This was good as we are elderly and sitting around waiting would have been tough on us. The two young ladies at the counter were affectionate and made sure we had a good time. The manager very sweetly arranged for a complimentary dinner on our wedding anniversary and that was a lovely feast for us. The place is ideal for a quiet romantic time. There is an excellent restaurant at a reasonable distance and a bakery just around the corner as well as a booze shop.

Sadly, Wifi was not operational. There are no small shops or eateries nearby and so it's perhaps more suitable for young people or those who have a vehicle - though they did offer a vehicle, the terrain has sharp ups and downs but as I said this is a very minor issue. It would have been nice to have hand towels in the bathroom.

One word for this stay- Wonderful. •This property is located somewhere in mid of Goa, you can access all beaches and Panjim at around 20 mins. •The view from balcony was really peaceful. •The room and complete property were neat and clean. •Staffs were very humble and helpful. •The buffet breakfast served was diverse and tasty. One can enjoy the meal at poolside. •The hotel will arrange scooty, car etc on rent on request. Thanks team Casa De Patio for giving me wonderful check-in stay and check-out experience
