Being in close proximity to major attractions added immense value to my experience, allowing me to explore the city with great ease. Cleanliness is a top priority here, and it shows. The property was immaculate, and the peaceful neighborhood added to the overall serenity. The rooms were not only spacious but also well-maintained, providing a comfortable retreat after a day of sightseeing. Behaviour and welcoming attitude of staff, specially Mr Terence, who gave us guidance and information about almost everything.The Bell boy Ravi was very modest, skilled, obedient and professional. The hotel rooms were very big. With fully working AC and geyssor.

Spring beds were too soft. Although the hotel doesn't have a kitchen of it's own, it has got a micro oven. All the good restaurants are around this hotel The most attractive Mandavi river promenade is only 5 minutes away from the hotel

The room was super spacious with extra living room. The AC was perfect and the reception was super helpful. The location is super central but this place was still quiet during the night. I recommend going to the K-Bar nearby.

There are team of mosquitos waiting for me :D No fridge. Toilet floor level higher then room's approximately by 8 cm. That's why I've fallen in the night :D

The staff, Terry was very helpful with the tips on getting around.

The door was really thin and the rooms are by the corridor so you could hear talking in the hallway. Also a part of my window was broken, i had to cover it with a facemask so that mosquitos won't come in.

The property was in the centre of Panjim and all the places to visit were so much easy to access by walk or with a rented bike. The staffs are so polite and were helpful in suggesting the best happening places to visit and the best places in and around Panjim to have lunch and dinner.
