I read reviews and booked a 6th floor river view room which was wonderful. Big room , great view , very comfortable bed. Great location with restaurants, shops etc . practically around the corner. Some staff had smiles not all. But I was specifically there for the room , location and view.

The breakfast area was messy , cups and plates grubby , I opted to go around the corner to a lovely cafe for breakfast. Some staff don’t have customer service skills , lack the ability to smile even when I say Good Morning etc.

The location was amazing. Walking distance to Fontainhas. So many shops, and a taxi stand was nearby. Overlooking the river, a very positive vibe surrounded the place. They displayed the room tariffs at the reception. This transparency was commendable.

- Breakfast options were limited - The price we paid was slightly higher from the amount shown in booking.com. We were not sure of the reason.

A wonderful team lead by the manager; Mr.Bharat, who all together took exceptional care of us. Every need was immediately executed. The rooms were well kept & engineering setbacks were immediately dealt. The in house restaurant had great food for reasonable rates, we still remember the delicious paneer chilly that we ate on the last day of our stay. I have to make a special mention to 3 people who made us feel all the more comfortable and safe; Ishwar, Mamta & Ashwini. These three are a power trio and together, with the entire staff, an invaluable asset. The hotel has huge potential to be one of the leading stays in Panjim. The location of this property is unparalleled, in comparison to properties along Campal or Miramar. There's easy access to tourist taxis, auto-rickshaws, bus stops, or even any pick and drop services. The location allows for any traveller to use either mode of transportation (by foot or vehicle) to get anywhere around Panjim. Markets, cinemas, casinos, museums, restaurants, Miramar beach, Campal Gardens, are all easily accessible within a 15mins radius from the property. All in all, as a property that functions at its current potential, the place has huge potential to be one of the best properties in Panjim! Hope to stay again and enjoy an exceptional experience.

It would be great to see the management of this property invest into the staff to teach new techniques, and offer trainings to better the experience of every customer. We did have a wonderful stay, however, there's always room for improvement. Plumbing issues require to be addressed, new fixtures and fittings to be introduced where damaged or worn out. The housekeeping staff (apart from Mamta & Ashwini) require to be trained on proper hygiene methods. New tools to be brought in to ensure better housekeeping results.

Alittle more choice for breakfast but overall was great

I have always booked a river view but was not given this time. Overall it was great as usual.

Location, Bed and cleanliness was good...

Even after charging 3500 per nite there was no dental kit facility...Request the team to pls look into it

Location is very good & central. Breakfast was ok.

The bathroom basins could be changed. Both the rooms had cracked basins.

Manager, Reception staff, porters and off course housekeeping are very helpful . Excellent service
