The staff was extremely cordial and helpful. The hotel was comfortable, pleasant and clean all around. The location was very convenient for everything.

The record keeping/ guest entry is not quite well maintained. There is limited parking space in the area which is not a hotel issue.

It’s a beautiful boutique property located in Fountainhas. l with picturesque streets all around. All basic amenities are present. The hotel team was extremely courteous and just a call away. Within proximity of Airports, Casinos, Miramar beach etc All the homes/hotels are of Portuguese built. Colourful villas, beautiful architecture. Lots of beautiful and local cafes all around. The

The staff were great. Mr. Tipanna is a very courteous, responsive and helpful person. So is Mr. Anil. The breakfast at Vivanta was pleasurable and delightful for a great morning start.

The WiFi was a struggle. The creds didn’t work ever so often.

The ambiance, the location, the helpful staff and the decor all contributed to a relaxing stay. We would definitely stay again when in Panjim.

The card machine did not accept our master card, so we had to pay cash. and due to the legacy of Covid, the restaurant wasn't open in the evening, although an excellent breakfast was provided.

The heritage building, the location in the Latin quarter, the facilities in the room, the friendly staff.

The breakfast, included in the tariff, was very sparse and insufficient. They should instead offer breakfast on a la carte basis and charge seperately. This way, guests can eat as little, or as much, as they want.

La Maison Fontainhas is a little gem in the centre of the beautiful Fountainhas area. Now managed by the Taj group, this hotel is beautifully done up from inside and is so beautiful that there is a beeline of tourists outside taking pictures. The breakfast of the hotel was fantastic. The best part of the hote was the staff- special thanks to Tapan, Dominic and Manish was taking great care. Would definitely recommend this hotel.
