Amazing heritage property full of history. A real delight to stay.

The breakfast was poor, the staff just were not keeping up with the guest. We asked several times for cups as they had run out. Tables were not cleared quick enough. They had a hot plate on to make omelettes but no one was present. When we eventually caught their eye they went around the back to make the world’s smallest omelette. Why waste the gas if they weren’t using it? We ordered drinks the previous evening and waited 15 minutes for the mixer to arrive having asked 3 times. We did have lunch though and that arrived swiftly and the waiter was on the ball for that one.

The property was in the Portuguese Quarter and great location. Facilities were what I would expect for this style of Hotel.The staff were excellent even turnining on the jacuzzi for us to relax in. The hotel restaurant was also good value

Old heritage property. Loved the ambiance and the galleries and antiques.

Would have liked a separation between the shower stall and the bowl and sink, so those areas could stay dry. Would have liked more hand towels and a floor mat in the bathroom. Also they are a little short staffed during the peak breakfast time.

Staff was out of this world fantastic from checking in to checking out can’t say nothing bad it was a wonderful experience. And the location was fantastic. It was a bunch of food restaurants bars in walking distance.

The breakfast was quite good. Variety could be introduced with the tea-bags (Darjeeling / Assam / Green, etc.) to suit different tastes.

The quality of food and desserts in the restaurant can be improved. One of the waiters wore a grumpy look (maybe, overworked and tired to manage the Christmas rush). There are two nearby properties run by the same group "Panjim Inn" and the "Panjim Pousada", creating confusion. The picture you see on the website is of Panjim Inn. Panjim Pousada is a few steps away, and the exterior is not so impressive. Customers should be aware of this and make his/her choice.

Lovely Portuguese style property in the heart of the Portuguese quarter..very attentive staff!including arranging a birthday cake for my wife’s birthday ! Excellent meal in veranda restaurant

Slightly dated and limited choice of breakfast

The whole building is a testament to Portuguese influence of Goa. Every furniture showcases that fact. Food served is equally good.

My room has a bolt from those days, that was kind of broken. The bathroom was a pain to lock from inside. During my stay, for some reason, the water in the shower was just lukewarm. I know it's not the weather and all, but I really like hot water while showering. There could have been more options in the breakfast, not that what was being offered was bad or anything.

We prefered the Pousada Inn, with quiet and nicely renovated rooms. Rooms in the regular Inn look a bit oldfashioned. Nice terrace restaurant on upper floor with good food in the middle of the old city district. Really nice service.

breakfasts did not start at 8:00 hrs but mostly at 8:30 hrs.

The grandeur of a heritage home at the price of a normal hotel room. The entire hotel has a wonderful aesthetic appearance and has many stories to tell, intertwined with the history of Goa. Well managed and ongoing maintenance done very meticulously.

There's nothing at all unlikeable about this beautiful haven in a historical neighborhood of Goa - Fontainhas!
