Without doubt one of the favorite hotels I stayed during my time in Goa! Upon arrival we were warmly welcomed by the staff and and we were upgraded to the Premium Room. The staff was extremely friendly, the restaurant very flexible (appreciate this!) and very good food. We had two great evenings here, which obviously also added up to the experience. On second day we had my daughter birthday, housekeeping manager Raj Kumar decorated room with ballons and flowers which made our little princess birthday memorable and family attended it online. Specail thanks to Raj and his team. Almost all palces are very near to hotel which help you to manage your time properly like Immaculate Conception Church, Panjim market, Cruise Boat, Miramar Beach and Dona Paula Jetty. Pesonally found each and everyone in staff was very poliate and helpful thats makes atmosphere speacial and it felt like home to us. Have to request for laundry bag, toothbrush, tooth paste, shaving kit. Hot water not hot as Solar. Kids on 1st floor. WiFi not working. They changed the room after 2 days.

Excellent breakfast

Delivery of food after ordering was taking much longer than normal. This is in both, on table and in room. This needs to be improved. I guess, kitchen staff and infrastructure should increase. Also, only one lift for such a big facility is not adequate. Hotel management should think about this in long run.

There’s a lot of noise even in the night or dawn. some guests are noisy, probably staff or guests talking loud along the corridor of the room. Room food service is good.
