Right from check in to F and B to housekeeping ,till the time ,I checked out...it was an exceptional stay. Didn't have an iota of issues during my stay there. All the staff were super attentive,courteous and helpful. Special mention to the hotel being pet friendly and having such a compassionate staff towards the beach community dogs. This is an aspect lacking at many places. Apart, from being excellent in their services and stay..they fulfill their social responsibility ,by taking care of these kids in beach...under able guidance of Mr Anand. Kudos to you all...keep it up ! You set an example for many! Would love to be back soon👍👍

Very good estate area with lovely and well tended gardens leading to the beach, lovely Poseidon's Cove bar restaurant near beach for a drink and snack after long walk on the beach. Very nice reception and entrance area with bar and adjoining restaurants, very nice, clean andlarge swimming pool. All staff were polite and helpful. Very good breakfast with good selection of dishes.

Glass partition between bathroom and the room and glass doors leading to the balcony were not clean. the room floor did not feel clean. the balcony edges had not been swept for long time and there was dirt on the seat chairs on balcony. Got a chance to speak with a supervisor and most of the above problems were remedied; the balcony edges were not cleaned at any time. Training needs to be given to staff to ensure all above areas are kept clean at all times.

The resort is at a perfect location and has got everything you need and do not need or felt you have to go out. Amazing pool, privates beach access which was amazing and beach was super clean and less people which helps. Breakfast selection was very good and they had very tasty food we ordered food in our room which was super super enjoyable. Loads of green area and kids playing stuff to enjoy. They have kids meal and milk facility which is free of charge and i feel that has something which got my heart and they were very professional in it.

Prices of food are bit on higher side can be reduced to be honest.

The location of the Hotel is great just 45 min away from the North Goa attractions. The beach is super awesome, shallow and safe for activities. The swimming pool is amazing, well maintained with some great paid activities like zorbing. Breakfast was super awesome and some of the options were different and new.. The taste was super awesome. The staff was welcoming and very helpful. On our request, they went above and beyond by arranging a packed breakfast at 4:00 AM. That was super helpful I appreciate the Eco friendly approach by serving drinking water in a glass bottle instead of plastic ones.

The hotel has limited parking but the Vallet staff is very friendly, helpful and quick. There is a 100 meter patch of approach road which needs fixing. Add sign boards for directions to the beach

The stay was amazing with exceptional sea view and hospitality. Saddam hosted us and upgraded our room to Sea View Chalet. This place offers Maldives' vibe. Much better than any 5 star stay around. The food was amazing. Pool was very clean and chlorine free. There was a private access to the beach and the place have kids play area too. The room had amazing amenities like foot massager. It was a memorable stay. Highly recommend this place. The resort was so calm and staff was so great and humble. Great place for couples and family.

Pre-Arrival: We booked two rooms on bookings.com for our family of five plus a babysitter. After the booking, I followed up directly with the hotel over a call and had a great response, including assurance of an extra bed in one of the rooms. Check-In Process: The check-in process was smooth and efficient. Everything we needed to know was promptly explained, and the extra bed was set up immediately. The rooms were good and clean, as was the rest of the hotel. Access to the private beach was easy and convenient. Breakfast: The breakfast was good. While there weren't many options for Western cuisine beyond bread and pastries, the Indian breakfast choices were decent. Service during breakfast was excellent. Beachside Restaurant: The beachside restaurant had a great feel in the evening, and the service was perfect. Lunch Restaurant: The lunch restaurant served great food, but the service was just okay. However, during breakfast, the service in this restaurant was consistently good, at least during our stay. Guest Relations: Throughout our stay, a lady from guest relations was in touch with us to ensure we made the most of our time and celebrated the kids' birthday well. She also followed up to see if everything went well, which felt great. Checkout: Checkout was smooth, and cab bookings were easy. Overall, we had no complaints and just want to thank the team for a wonderful stay. Would highly recommend Planet Hollywood Resort in Goa for a memorable and comfortable family vacation.

Had a great stay at Planet Hollywood! The staff were attentive and the service throughout was excellent. The rooms were very comfortable and made for a relaxing stay. Breakfast had a good variety of options, which was a great start to the day. Special mention to Kimbli at the reception—she was extremely polite, attentive, and made the check-in process smooth and welcoming. Overall, it was a very good experience and I’d happily recommend it!

Property was big and had all amenities. Beach access is a bonus. Staff are willing to help and make your stay pleasant.

Lighting in the rooms was rubbish and lack of moisture control making the room wet and inconvenient all the times. The glass wall to the bath was a big let down. Not sure how its designed for family rooms as it leaves minimum privacy while taking a shower esp with young kids in the room. Cost of food was very high. Dinner buffet was mostly bland.

Breakfast buffet and service of the restaurant staff was good. The pool was massive and was clean. Room was big and comfortable. Leg massager was a good addition. The plants, flowers and the garden area was beautiful and well maintained. Buggy service from the room to the beach was good too.

Approach road to the hotel is in a very bad state and has been like that for many years (probsbly the worst i've seen in Goa). Dinner meal a la carte food was of average quality. Had to call housekeeping to service the room. Safe in the room wasn't working. No sports channels available on the TV in the room. Some linen on the balcony seating and poolside seating was visibly dirty.

Our booking being in the off-season, would have be upgraded easily....But putting this aside, I would love to re-vist here for our family beach vacation every year.
