I really liked everything about the property. I especially loved the decor. I think it was renovated not long time ago. We stayed at the flat with one bedroom and it was a perfect size for a couple with a dog. You can make your own meals, relax on the balcony or work. I worked remotely and the Wi-Fi was just fine. They provide with different types of entertainment in the common area for both adults and children. Breakfasts served were fresh and tasty - thank you Rena. The staff always greets you with a smile. They even run a small grocery store with essentials for the guests. You can also use a washing machine for a small fee. It's a perfect place to stay with your dog too (which is hard to find). It's calm and has enough space for the walks even within the gates. Just be aware of the 2 resident kitties who run the place ;) If you are worried the hotel is located close to the railway tracks - don't be. It won't bother you. Trains passing from time to time are like a white noise in the background. I'm sensitive to loud sounds and most of the time I didn't realize there are any trains. We stayed in their villas in a different location in Goa before and I definitely recommend both places.

We stayed at Treehouse Blue Serviced Apartment for 5 days and enjoyed it thoroughly. Initially our booking was only for 3 days but we extended it by 2 more days as we liked the services/location very much. They have good breakfast spread with variety/options like Paratha, Puri-Sabji, Chhole-Bhature, Upma, Poha, Sandwich, Juices, Corn-flakes and of-course, Tea/Coffee on a rotation basis. Breakfast Chef Ms Rina takes very good care of each guest personally. Site is managed by a very able and nice gentleman, Mr. Kaushal, who is always ready to help in case you need. Site senior Manager Mr. Amlan Datta also interacts with guests to understand if everything is OK for them. Their support team is also equally helpful. The site is located in a calm/cool place, away from the hustle-bustle of the city, but very close to the Majorda/Utorda/Colva beaches. South Goa beaches are very clean and we loved walking on straight beaches for hours.

The apartment was a good size with efficient air conditioning. Room cleanliness good although sometimes slight smell from drains in bathroom. Staff were all friendly and helpful particularly Juwela at reception and Swella who was very helpful finding lost phone Reena in the restaurant was helpful in explaining different dishes Wilson was a friendly helpful taxi driver often used by the hotel

The hotel was a little isolated and transport is needed to get to restaurants and beaches. There are no nearby restaurants, On the plus side taxis were cheap and could be booked at reception although this sometimes meant waiting a while.

This was a great hotel - big rooms/apartments with plenty of space. The building is maintained very well and is very clean. Lots of games available to play on the ground floor including table tennis, carrom, chess, board games etc. The hotel was very quiet and couldn’t hear anyone from our room. The pool was also very good. All reception staff are very helpful and they have a WhatsApp group to help out with any questions. It’s around 30 min walk to the beach or 5 minutes in a taxi (wouldn’t recommend walking is it’s too hot!).

Everything is very well thought off. from breakfast to the cleanliness , the staff is very helpful and prompt. there is a wide variety of breakfast options . pool is supper clean . rooms very well equipped foe basic cooking with hotplates and basic utensils. a refrigerator too is available. many things to do with children like table tennis, X box , carrom , chess , football table and reading . superb proximity to the best beaches in goa. The hotel issues you a card as it is affiliated to a few restaurants to offer you a 10% discount on food. over all a superb stay

Good location Parking space not always available inside the property ,in that case road parking Pool is very average ,outside lawn is not as big as expected . Breakfast is again very average. Nothing memorable . Staff is easy to communicate it and can help with suggestions on food etc

The outdoor part ,pool was average ,only 2 pool chairs . Sofa in the room was not very comfortable to actually sit and watch a movie per say Would have preferred the washing machine indoors ,rather than having to take the laundry downstairs and bring it back up .

Very tranquil and soothing location. Host/owner of property Mrs Monica takes in personal adherence to your well being during your stay and she was extremely generous to allow us late check out in order to match our flight departure timing.

The property. was well maintained. Clean. And we like environmental thinking. We like all stuff. Kind and helpsome. soma name: Bhusahan, Sejal, Nikhil and Swella.

It was a bit far from the beach. Well we like to walk but in the night it is not so nice because of all dogs. It should be an improvement if a ricksa had been availabel not just taxicars.
