Insime of buffet restuarant is dark and hight of some of sofas & chairs don't match, which makes my children uncomfortable in eating. Also AC temprature is too low, because of which we couldnt stay longer inside the restaurant.

I recently stayed at Alila Diwa Goa with my parents, and the experience was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment we arrived, Velecia ensured a smooth check-in and thoughtfully guided us through a tour of the stunning property—making my parents feel truly welcomed and cared for. At the coffee shop, Saurav took special care of my parents’ dietary needs with warmth and attention to detail, which we deeply appreciated. A special mention to Chef Amit, the pastry chef, whose personalized interactions and creations made us feel genuinely valued. Every touchpoint—from the valet team to the pool attendants—exhibited professionalism, warmth, and courtesy. Coming from the hospitality industry myself, I was thoroughly impressed by how well-trained and aligned the staff were with Alila’s values and service philosophy. Their consistency and care surpassed even the high standards I’ve experienced at properties like Taj. Alila Diwa Goa has set a new benchmark in hospitality for me. Heartfelt thanks for making our stay so memorable.

We had an absolute delight of a stay, thanks to the exceptional hospitality from everyone we met, from the moment we arrived on Day 1 to our departure on Day 3. The staff at the resort were humble, respectful, and went above and beyond to ensure our needs were met. Their service was truly amazing - we felt like we got exactly what we wanted, when we wanted it. A special shoutout to the incredible team, including Sourav sir, Somnath sir, Sherwin, Siddharth (who even surprised us with a thoughtful gift!), Christopher, Larson, Soundarya, and Shivam, who delivered outstanding housekeeping services. Ramchandran sir's playful interactions with my kid by the pool were a highlight of our stay. The experience at VIVO restaurant was also fantastic. We're so grateful for the wonderful experience and memories created during our stay.

An extremely beautiful hotel - amazing infinity pool and great restaurants. The best aspect was the staff from Valecia in reception, Sherwin and other waiters in Vivo, Valecio in The Edge bar, the pool staff, and Royston & Lowell who serviced our rooms every day to very high standard and amazing towel art - the monkey was exceptional and made us laugh. There were 3 Indian weddings taking place when we stayed which were generally really interesting to watch, although one was very lavish and took over quite a lot of space. All in all though a spectacular hotel and we really enjoyed our stay.

The experience was exquisite. We stayed for 5 nights, for which, every member of staff we came across looked after us in every way. Not only was the service excellent, the staff were exceptional (including the lifeguards) with our 18 month year old too (entertaining, understanding and serving any specially requested food). The facilities were unbelievable and the pictures did not do the venue justice. It is a paradise! The pools were perfect for children and adults as they were spacious, had a range of depths and had shade throughout the day too. The only negative was that we had to leave. We would absolutely love to return.

The spa facilities were top-notch and added an extra layer of relaxation to our trip. As for the food, it exceeded our expectations in every way – delicious, beautifully presented, and varied. A special mention goes to the Sundowner event at the Edge Bar on Thursday evening – such a magical atmosphere with great drinks and breathtaking views. We’re already looking forward to coming back!

From the moment I arrived, Aditi went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. She was attentive, courteous, and genuinely cared about making my stay special. Her warm and friendly demeanor set the tone for my visit, and she consistently followed up to ensure that all my needs were met. I would also like to commend Saumil, Yash, Sumeet, and Breanna, who each contributed to my exceptional experience in their own way. Saumil and Yash were always nearby to assist with any requests I had, offering thoughtful recommendations and making sure I had everything I needed. Sumeet's meticulous attention to detail added an extra layer of comfort to my stay, and Breanna’s warm hospitality and genuine smile made each interaction delightful. Surrounded by nature, in a perfect location. While you relax by the pool you can definitely enjoy watching the nature. The beach is a lovely 10 mins walk or they supply a shuttle to the beach which runs until 7pm. Each restaurant we had tried was outstanding, while also the service was incredible as well. The massage's was incredible as well, just wish we had booked more of them. To ensure you have them secured be sure to contact the hotel in advance as they do get booked up. The rooms are amazing, I booked the loft room and so glad I did. Loved waking up to such a room and a spacious balcony where you can relax.

nothing really not to like!! Would say that it took a while to get a drink at the pool bar, feel this could be much faster, put me off ordering more as would take too long and the buffet didn't have much for vegans though the drinks were amazing at breakfast.

Staff went above and beyond to please us and make our stay memorable, the breakfast buffet was well varied, the selection of restaurants were good and the food was consistently good, the room was super spacious and well equipped and the facilities were great - big shout of for the transfer to the beach and to the airport!

There was a company off site on our first two days and they were slightly loud and annoying but the hotel managed to accommodate us somewhere quieter. I wish they offered complementary yoga classes everyday.

The Archita’s and feel of the property is very earthy. The trees throughout the property makes it feel like an old Goan/Portuguese palace. The infinity pool with a view is picturesque and gives a very relaxed feel. The property is so green and it is honestly very easy on the eyes. It’s located next to Martin’s Corner, my favourite restaurant in Goa. The staff are super friendly and always tend to your needs. The rice fields by the property make you really pleasant and we loved that! It was my partners birthday and the staff sent up a cake with candles for her. That was a nice touch. The breakfast buffet is amazing and such a wide spread of options with made to order eggs, dosas, waffles and more.

The massage service at the spa needs improvement. We got a Swedish massage but it wasn’t up to the mark. Made us reconsider if we should have got an Ayurvedic massage as it’s more local? We were expecting a relaxing massage to get rid of knots but at the end of the day it was just an oil application with pressure. Nevertheless, staff were really kind and provided the opportunity to have another massage but it did not fit our schedule. Food was a bit pricey compared Sri the Goa standards and we didn’t believe they should be that pricey even at a five star considering goa as a state, has the cheapest alcohol in India.
