It is so beautiful, amazing big rooms, massive pool with gorgeous views of paddy fields, and a serene walk to the beach. We returned later in the trip due to this! There is very little around (no shops etc) so it’s very peaceful.

The reception management are rude and unprofessional. Lacked customer service skills and were not welcoming. Other staff were smiley but poorly trained. This let the property down. It is nice to be greeted warmly on arrival at a hotel when on holiday. Wifi is very poor, and aside from the breakfast (it’s lovely!), evening dinner was not so good. Go to the beach shack, Magzika.

This is a good hotel. Room (terrace suite) was large, comfortable and clean. Staff were always polite and keen to please. Breakfast was varied and plentiful. Lengthy menu with Indian, Thai and European options. Two pools - the second is quite small and 'hiding' to one side of the property. Two restaurants (one beach front) and two bars. Fabulous beach and warm sea. Good beach 'shack' restaurants very close to the hotel - much cheaper to eat and drink here compared to the hotel!

Food and drink is relatively expensive although how it compares to similar standard hotels I'm not sure. Certainly the 'market price' charged for fish at the beachfront restaurant was high - similar prices to the UK after all the taxes. Be aware that taxes in India (including Goa) are around 30% (including a 10% service charge at this hotel) and even higher on alcoholic drinks - around 50% total! Just be aware that the prices you read on food and drink menus are far lower than the cost you will actually pay, as they never include tax.

Beautiful hotel, with a very clean pool. They have a restaurant by the pool and one closer to the beach. Staff are friendly and accomodating and theres plenty of them. The room was very spacious, clean and they do a great cleaning every day. They can organize taxi's for you, which is a hassle in Goa.

The prices on the menus are fine(of course outside of the resort is cheaper), but theres a lot of extra charges (10% tip, 9% STGT, 9% CTGT and om alcohol another 22%) which makes the prices quite high. Around the pool the beds in the sun are occupied by people from 9.00 untill afternoon, some leave a bag and dont even use the bed, would be nice if staff was more quick in opening beds up that are not in use for more than 30 min. Wifi was a bit unstable.

The hotel is ideal for a peaceful relaxed holiday. The staff were excellent, the main restaurant food was delicious and good value, The breakfast was plentiful with a wide variety of Indian and European dishes. The room was spacious and immaculately kept with a good balcony. The nice beach was a gentle stroll along a shaded arched pathway also leading to a second beach front restaurant and sunbathing area. There were several beach shacks close by. The pool was a good size and in a nice setting.

The price of the wine was excessive relative to similar hotels in the area but we took full advantage of the beer offers. The location is very remote with no local supermarket and taxis were expensive.

Location was secluded and quiet. Away from all the hassle and bustle of Goa - which was great. Security manned and gated complex. Staff were exceptional. Everyone was really helpful, friendly and welcoming. Resort was clean and tidy. Breakfast was good, but felt slightly limited interms of non veg options. Great sunset views from the beach which is only a short walk away. Overall great experience. Would recommend.

Would only have liked to have had more things to within the resort itself. But I belive they do have excursions. Service at the beach front restaurant was extremely slow to a point where we walked off to find a restaurant outside of the resort. Even the table next to us pointed out to the waiter of how slow the service was. We didn't even get to order our drinks, so I'm sure you can understand the frustration. If it was busy then I could understand but there were hardly any people. There were a few power cuts too. But it didn't last for long, but definitely something to be looked into.

Good property but quite compact and small. Construction is going on at the front of the property which makes it further small and now has only a narrow walkway in and out of the hotel. The beds in the rooms were not that comfortable. Staff were very nice and helpful especially the chef made sure our toddler food was made exactly as we ordered. Things were clean and the spa and children's activity areas were wonderful.

Construction of the entrance spoiled the first impression and sometimes things took too long to come from the housekeeping. They have ample staff but somehow things are not that well managed when you request something from housekeeping it takes quite a lot of time.

Beach is just across the hotel, through a 2 min walk road. There is also a restaurant by the beach. Perfect location. Of course the restaurant is expensive and food is not something extraordinary, but perfect for enjoying some drink with the sea view. The breakfast buffet at the hotel is fine, variety is a bit less. The room (with the paddy field view) with a balcony was spacious. The property is kid friendly. The services were prompt. We didn't explore much any nearby eateries. Going to Panjim/Old Goa takes around 30~40 min by car.

Perfect location on Colva Beach with 30min beach walk (7 minute drive) to Colva village. Half way between Betalbatum & Benaulim (dolphins). Large main pool, smaller quieter one at the inhouse Spa (excellent massage/facial). Our room overlooked rice fields with a balcony, was spacious with great king bed, rain shower in large bathroom and a as a quiet retreat when needed. Breakfast buffet was e tensile, this sane restaurant also provided a la carte lunch and was open for dinner. Adjacent Paddy Bar provided a lovely view for absorber’s although our favourite spot, watching brilliant sunsets, was at the beach restaurant/bar where we enjoyed several delicious dinners. There are special offers/dinng promotions throughout the week and music sessions every n weekends. The beach is white, clean and stretches in either direction for long walks: there are beach lifeguards but we didn’t venture into the sea. An absolute highlight of our stay was dinner at JuJu, the hotel’s nearby offsite restaurant - innovative Indian fusion cuisine to tempt the tastebuds, excellent wine , wonderful attentive service and very reasonably priced for the overall inexperience (the hotel provides a free shuttle). We would certainly return here if our travels take us to this way again - we booked it as a relaxation, before long flight home, at end of a month crowded 5 week Indian trip and we’re not disappointed with any aspect. We have enjoyed ourselves so much that I had to rate it 5 stars. In fact, we are still here for another .5 days and I am already writing the review. Positives: The professional, courteous service provided by so many wonderful staff (Nelson (check in), Pooja (spa), Lucy (spa), Deepesh (restaurant), Tushar (restaurant), Vivaldy (restaurant), Malcolm (housekeeping) to name only a few) is top notch. We cannot have dreamed of enjoying our time more. The 2 bedroom suite we share is amazing. The paths and gardens are beautiful. You cannot see or hear the ocean from the rooms, but it is only a few minutes walk to their beachside restaurant and lounging area. My 84 year old father is able to walk all around the resort and to the beach. The resort is located on a winding, narrow back road and to be honest, I was worried a time or two about actually being brought to the resort...and then you arrive and all is well. My father says the staff interact very well with their visitors and go above and beyond expectations with their attention to details. We highly recommend that you come and enjoy the amazing Beleza By The Beach. William and Brenda

Recommendation for the resort to think about: Placing a bench in the walkway to the beach - Dad (84 yrs) was able to walk it, but it was a little hard and taxing in the heat.

Clean and good access to beach.

Food is a tad bit costly, if they keep it reasonable then people might eat. Its costlier than hyatt or radisson combined. It should be taken seriously.
