All was good except one

The hotel was booked for a.wedding so we as guest next day morning at breakfast see no nonveg at all and the they tell us what we want the kitchen would provide separately . This amused me being a Marriott member and paying so much my overseas friends and I were surprised to get a 2nd grade treatment.. how could a hotel do this instead they should have made a separate counter for vegetarian.. this was disturbing... we as guest have to listen to loud music post 1030pm .. that is fine for the hotel ?? For we as guest to tolerate this ... so we suffer they enjoy .. this is so un like St Regis

The property is stunning with a huge garden and direct access to a serene beach. The service is amazing. Thanks to all the amazing staff including Anisha who took really good care of us. The seafood at the beach restaurant is also really great although a bit pricey.

Great variety at the enormous buffet but sometimes would be great to change the options a bit more from day to day. Badminton and tennis court could use some renovation but apart from that the property looks amazing

The location and the peaceful atmosphere in the resort, surrounded by greenery everywhere. The butler service was just a message or call away, the staff were very friendly, our butler TJ was so patient and prompt in WhatsApp and call to sort out every tiny request. Had a pleasant and comfortable stay.

It's not about, not liking but more like a feedback, there were some misses here and there where followup was needed, but they were resolved promptly by the staff and they were careful to address them accordingly.

This was our first visit to India, and understandably, we had some concerns before arriving. However, from the moment we stepped into St. Regis, all our worries disappeared. The team welcomed us with such warmth and hospitality that we instantly felt at home — even though we had traveled from the other side of the world. One of the most touching moments was when they surprised our little son by decorating our room with balloons for his birthday. It created a magical memory he’ll never forget — and neither will we. We had the pleasure of dining at both the À La Carte restaurant and Oliveto, the Italian restaurant. The food was exceptional at both, and we especially want to thank Miri and the Oliveto team for their kindness and attentive service. The rooms were spotless, and the cleanliness throughout the hotel was truly impressive. Whether we were at the beach or by the pool, the staff was always nearby, friendly and ready to help. As a Turkish family used to a high standard of hospitality, it was incredibly heartwarming to experience that same warmth here in India. We feel lucky to have found a place that made us feel so welcome. We will definitely choose St. Regis again if we return to India, and we highly recommend it to families traveling with children. It’s a place where unforgettable memories are made.

Wonderful Stay with a Few Small Suggestions We had a fantastic time at this resort! The pool was amazing, and the beach beds were just as wonderful. The service at both was excellent. Our room was comfortable and well-maintained, and the entire resort was spotless, beautifully kept, and well-organized. The staff was courteous and always helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. Overall, we had a fantastic experience and would love to return!

However, there are a few areas that could be improved. The in-room coffee really needs an upgrade—instant coffee at this level is not acceptable. The same goes for the coffee in the restaurant; freshly brewed coffee from real beans would make a big difference. Additionally, the poolside restroom could use some renovation. One more point: since we came to enjoy the beautiful weather, we preferred sitting outside. Unfortunately, at breakfast, outdoor seating was often unavailable, which could be improved. Perhaps the tables from Restaurant Olivetti could be included as standard outdoor seating in the morning.

Good service, though they did get orders wrong or take our order to the wrong table, but really friendly and always did utmost to correct. Food and choice was excellent. All the family, fussy eaters, were catered for from age of 3 to 65. Highly recommended.

Gave us some pretty miserable rooms at first. We had specifically booked twin and king rooms, only to be given all king rooms and in an area where there was building work in progress. Lots of builders and noise. Unfortunately had to complain to be moved. All fine after.

I really enjoyed the food at the Italian restaurant and the amazing friendliness of the staff. I must particularly recommend the cooking classes with chefs Silvio and Bhuvana, which made my trip unforgettable. The beach is beautiful, the facilities and landscape are excellent, and the staff are incredibly amazing throughout the hotel.

The prices at the beach restaurant were ridiculously expensive. I’ve never paid so much for a fish dish anywhere in Europe. Breakfast could also be improved; the eggs didn’t feel fresh at all, and the coffee was terrible (sorry for being so honest).

The resort itself is stunningly beautiful, surrounded by large lily ponds you feel like you are in a rain forest. The pool area is large, peaceful and well serviced. The food offering for breakfast and Sunday lunch is outstanding, so much choice. Sunday lunch deal is very good value. Staff are pleasant and helpful.

The rooms do not fit the vibe of the outside, they are a little tired and drab, such a shame - add some colour. The toilet for the pool is not at all nice to use. The restaurant on the beach is over priced for the food presented.

St. Regis Goa is truly the best and most beautiful hotel and resort in Goa! My stay was an amazing and wonderful experience — I truly enjoyed it to the fullest. Everything was absolutely perfect: the place was spotlessly clean, the location was excellent, and the beach was breathtaking. The food was delicious, and the staff were extremely polite, friendly, and always willing to help without hesitation. The atmosphere is incredibly romantic, making it a perfect destination for a honeymoon. I will definitely repeat this special experience very soon!

Beautiful lush green property with spacious rooms, thought some are a bit outdated. Even though we went in the peak of the monsoon, the private beach access was a large factor in deciding on the property. Beach right outside of the hotel was kept clean. Ecxellent breakfast at the Manor restaurant. Standard of housekeeping was also excellent and the room was always super clean as were the general areas, amenities and rest of the property. Highlight was the hospitality of all the staff who were warm, welcoming and always helpful. Special shout out to Arundhati at the front desk and Baptist at F&B.

The suite we stayed in had not been renovated yet so small things like tiny tv’s that are badly placed and stains on the upholstery need to be addressed.
