The rooms and the service

The fact that Goa miles or any other app card aren’t allowed here . There is some taxi gang stuff happening because of which you have to take their cabs and they charge double . The food is not the best .

Room size was decent. The property is located at a peaceful, calm locality. 1 km away from beach. Decent pool. Breakfast buffet was good.

Despite requesting wheelchair wasn’t provided. Room service was unresponsive at times. Food portion was small at the restaurant.

Best hotel in price range with amazing breakfast and all view point nearby hospitality is amazing & all the staff are very professional

The property was very clean and it was a comfortable stay , the staff was very cooperative and the food was delicious as well

The food service is very slow

The structure and the overall appearance is very ethnic. Polite staff and quick room service.

The food at hotel is overpriced.

Bath room are too small . These should be more bigger.

The rooms looked nice, but they didn't focus on the details. it wasn't spotless. There was a lot of dirt behind the side tables. The hotel was out of toilet tissues on the second day of our stay. Their breakfast was really good, and all the food in general was nice. Whatever we ordered was delicious. Walking distance from the beach.

We checked in at around midnight, and I understand the exhaustion. But the person who checked us in was rude and not helpful. He repeatedly smacked his lips irritably at us on any question or request. The second we reached there he asked us to pay for the rooms for which we asked if we could pay separately for the rooms (we had 3 rooms). He refused and said that it should be paid as a whole, which didn't make sense to us. When we asked why, he didn't really have an answer to which after a lot of unnecessary discussion he agreed to split the bill.
