The service and rooms were absolutely excellent! The restaurant was simply amazing with a wide variety of cuisines from all over the world! I liked that there were so many vegetarian options because I'm a vegetarian. Good job! Keeping it up is important though

While the proximity to the beach is excellent, the approach is littered throughout with plastic and other garbage. The fish that are laid out for drying on either side of the path are unbelievably stinky. The beach itself is also dirty with tons of plastic and paper rubbish. There are an extraordinary number of dogs (whom I generally love) which were bothersome. For e.g. our party had 3 kids who needed to constantly be kept away from them. I think the hotel can participate in, or even better, undertake the task of cleaning of approach road to the beach, and the beach area close to it, which is where its clients will end up going.

The Hotel was six months old. It was a 5 mins walk from the hotel to the beach. To get into the hotel there was 24 hours security and a security guard was there at all time. Room: our room was great. It was on the 4th floor. It was very clean, big and on our arrival the cleaning staff did a towel and balloon decoration. It looked amazing. Nice bathroom and shower and toilet. The pressure on the shower was great. There was a safe in the room. An ironing board, a fridge and tea and coffee facilities. We also had bottles of water each day. 2 bottles in the bathroom and 4 in our room. There was air con. The bed was huge. Towels and sheets to a high standard. Rooms were cleaned daily and sheets and towels changed. There was also a seating area with a table for relaxing and chilling. Big TV with different channels and Netflix. Breakfast: The breakfast was superb. There was a huge variety of food. There was a continental area, a North Indian area, South Indian area serving traditional food and dessert.There was bacon, pototoes, different types of eggs, boiled, scrambled, fried, omelettes, pancakes, different cakes and bread. Also different cereals and yogurts. A wonderful choice. Also, the chefs make a choice of masala dosas at your request. Different fruits. There was a Chai counter too. Coffee and fruit juice. ALL the staff at the restaurant, from management, waiters, waitresses to the chef were polite, kind, helpful and very professional. Always asking if there was anything else we wanted. The same service went to the rest of the guests. They also have a special buffet in the evening with a wide range of dishes. Worth it for the price, about 1,500 rupees each. There was also a la carte menu. Reception Area and Tea/Coffee Counter. Before the restaurant there is a counter with lots of delicious cakes and pastries. You can purchase what you fancy and have this in the hotel lounge.

Nothing to dislike.

The breakfast spread was too good. The best part of the stay was the the staff, housekeeping, guest relations, chef, food and beverage staff. Quick to help, proactive, the process of checkin was seamless. We celebrated my Father-in-laws birthday and everything was kept ready. Too good experience. Few names to mention Sahin, Shresth, Samroy, Volreich, Kichu, Anmol (not sure if this is the correct name at guest relations). Clivon, Gopinath, Suraj, Khusboo, Nikhil, Rajesh. Not forgetting to mention the security guards. The service was so prompt. We had brought my grandmother and the wheelchair service that your hotel staff provided us was top notch.

Gorgeous hotel, we were warmly greeted. Staff couldn’t do enough. Rooms super clean and comfortable. Amazing dinner, we loved the buffet and breakfast was fantastic too. Drinks are reasonably priced and pool and sunbeds all lovely. Special mention to Milli, Vignesh and Anjit for looking after us 🥰

The only thing we didn’t like was the loud jarring music which is played by the pool. We did mention it to the staff but they were unable to do anything about it. I’m not sure who would enjoy a soundtrack such as this. It would be so nice to have ambient chill music instead of Western house/pop

The staff was cheerful, courteous, and accommodating. In the kitchen, Chef Meharbaan, Chef Vishwajeet, and Sabhyasachi ensured that our dining experience is delightful. The serving staff, especially Mr. Vighnesh, Mr. Immanuel, Mr. Ram, Mr. Mehsoos, and Ms. Saloni were cheerful and crossed an extra mile for customer's satisfaction. Our stay at room was made a comfortable one, and the credit goes to the housekeeping staff, especially to Mr Yallappa, and Ms. Quincy. We are looking forward to our next visit on the property. The meal menu can have a variety on a daily basis. Repetition of the same menu makes the customer lose their interest in meal. Local delicacies, if added, will make the menu more appealing.

The location is good-just a km away from Colva beach and the adjoining market. The rooms are spacious and well appointed.

The housekeeping service was a bit patchy especially the day we arrived. Not delivering a small tub of ice required for a foot injury. They also took a very long time to fix the telephone in our room. The insistence on taking in room dining orders only on their QR code /app is problematic for senior citizens & young kids not acquainted with smartphones. There should be an alternative way.

Outstanding rooms - new and extremely well kept, 10/10

Location and surrounding. Besties between properties - residential and touristy, and the entrance looks very shabby with the road full of pot holes, badly kept, dirty. Even if not the hotels property, it should try to work with local authorities to have it resurfaced and maintained well. Separately, it has no outside space apart from the pool - No lawn or garden. Finally - walk to the beach leaves much to be desired. Fix these and you taken from 7/10 to 10/10

Beautiful property well maintained and the entire staff were exceptional. The location was just perfect . Food was a perfect 10. Kitchen staff led by Chef Gupta Maam were just praiseworthy.House keeping headed by Mr.Pankaj and Mr.Nitin along with their team just left no room for complaints.Jeswin and Devina at the reception. Were always obliging with their courtesy..

There was no room for error the hotel is being managed by very capable staff.

The interior design was stunning, the hotel was overall very clean. I loved the way we were welcomed. The stuff was so nice I liked everyone! Big thanks to them.

I wish they would have a bigger breakfast buffet with more options. For a luxury Hotel I feel like the breakfast selection needs more variety. Its nothing compared to other hotels in this price range. Maybe also more western breakfast options would be great. Most of it was veg.. The chai corner was very welcoming tho.
