The service and rooms were absolutely excellent! The restaurant was simply amazing with a wide variety of cuisines from all over the world! I liked that there were so many vegetarian options because I'm a vegetarian. Good job! Keeping it up is important though

While the proximity to the beach is excellent, the approach is littered throughout with plastic and other garbage. The fish that are laid out for drying on either side of the path are unbelievably stinky. The beach itself is also dirty with tons of plastic and paper rubbish. There are an extraordinary number of dogs (whom I generally love) which were bothersome. For e.g. our party had 3 kids who needed to constantly be kept away from them. I think the hotel can participate in, or even better, undertake the task of cleaning of approach road to the beach, and the beach area close to it, which is where its clients will end up going.

The staff was extremely courteous, helpful and friendly all the time. Shahin at the reception found out that we were celebrating our anniversary and arranged for a room decoration which was very sweet and observant. Right from the managers to room service staff, everyone was cheerful and offered great tips on what to visit around. The food was also great, especially the breakfast, where the variety was pleasantly surprising, and the taste was also excellent. Staff service during the buffet is also surprisingly fast and accurate. Overall, we enjoyed every bit of our stay here.

Just one small thing was that they did not have separate changing rooms near the pool. We only found this out when we got there in normal clothes and wanted to change into our swimwear. Just felt that we would have been better prepared if we were told during check in about this. But nothing other than this.

The Hotel was six months old. It was a 5 mins walk from the hotel to the beach. To get into the hotel there was 24 hours security and a security guard was there at all time. Room: our room was great. It was on the 4th floor. It was very clean, big and on our arrival the cleaning staff did a towel and balloon decoration. It looked amazing. Nice bathroom and shower and toilet. The pressure on the shower was great. There was a safe in the room. An ironing board, a fridge and tea and coffee facilities. We also had bottles of water each day. 2 bottles in the bathroom and 4 in our room. There was air con. The bed was huge. Towels and sheets to a high standard. Rooms were cleaned daily and sheets and towels changed. There was also a seating area with a table for relaxing and chilling. Big TV with different channels and Netflix. Breakfast: The breakfast was superb. There was a huge variety of food. There was a continental area, a North Indian area, South Indian area serving traditional food and dessert.There was bacon, pototoes, different types of eggs, boiled, scrambled, fried, omelettes, pancakes, different cakes and bread. Also different cereals and yogurts. A wonderful choice. Also, the chefs make a choice of masala dosas at your request. Different fruits. There was a Chai counter too. Coffee and fruit juice. ALL the staff at the restaurant, from management, waiters, waitresses to the chef were polite, kind, helpful and very professional. Always asking if there was anything else we wanted. The same service went to the rest of the guests. They also have a special buffet in the evening with a wide range of dishes. Worth it for the price, about 1,500 rupees each. There was also a la carte menu. Reception Area and Tea/Coffee Counter. Before the restaurant there is a counter with lots of delicious cakes and pastries. You can purchase what you fancy and have this in the hotel lounge.

Nothing to dislike.

Location is excellent, not too far from airport (approx. 45 min drive) and 500 m from Colva Beach. Staff were extremely courteous, ready to help and offer suggestions. Breakfast spread was diverse and scrumptious, with live options such as dosa and paratha counter. Premium room was sufficient to accommodate 2 adults and 2 kids (below 10). F&B discounts, complimentary drinks, and laundry were added perks. And special mention about Kids club which comes in handy if weather outside is not supportive.

Air conditioning performance was just ok (could have been due to the weather outside). Transportation options are limited, better to bring your own vehicle.

The breakfast spread was too good. The best part of the stay was the the staff, housekeeping, guest relations, chef, food and beverage staff. Quick to help, proactive, the process of checkin was seamless. We celebrated my Father-in-laws birthday and everything was kept ready. Too good experience. Few names to mention Sahin, Shresth, Samroy, Volreich, Kichu, Anmol (not sure if this is the correct name at guest relations). Clivon, Gopinath, Suraj, Khusboo, Nikhil, Rajesh. Not forgetting to mention the security guards. The service was so prompt. We had brought my grandmother and the wheelchair service that your hotel staff provided us was top notch.

Gorgeous hotel, we were warmly greeted. Staff couldn’t do enough. Rooms super clean and comfortable. Amazing dinner, we loved the buffet and breakfast was fantastic too. Drinks are reasonably priced and pool and sunbeds all lovely. Special mention to Milli, Vignesh and Anjit for looking after us 🥰

The only thing we didn’t like was the loud jarring music which is played by the pool. We did mention it to the staff but they were unable to do anything about it. I’m not sure who would enjoy a soundtrack such as this. It would be so nice to have ambient chill music instead of Western house/pop

Mostly the hospitality and the staff at the restaurant especially Khushoo, Payal and Saloni. Buffet breakfast options and the fantastic taste. Overall cleanliness of the property. The stay was extremely comfortable. The place was close to most of the silent beaches of South Goa. Thank you team!!

Parking facility could be better. Also since there was a building adjacent to our room, had to keep the curtains closed always for privacy. A better view could have been the cherry on the cake 😊

Staff was excellent. So helpful and always courteous. Clean rooms. Any issue, instant repair was always available. Breakfast was amazing. Food in general was of high quality and really tasty.

Entrance was with poor ambience. Big let down. Can certainly improve on adding some more features. Feels really small. Rooms, breakfast place/ restaurant, gym and that is it ! Goa hotels normally would have areas of ambience and sitting down area. Big let down there.

Staff was exceptional and paid attention to detail . Special shout out for Kichu, Devika, Saloni, Kushboo, Clyburn and the Chef who all took very good care of us. Room service staff was also very good. Food was as also very good and they always accommodated our requests

The pricing this time was on the higher end which was a bit surprising. This being off season we were surprised that that pricing was higher than several other comparable properties in south Goa .
