1. Pet friendly property with plenty of outdoor space for the pets to walk around 2. Nice helpful staff, ready to provide all the help/assistance required. 3. Quite location just bout 200mts from the colva beach main road. Beach is hardly 5-10mins walk from the property. All shops are less than 5min walk away. 4. Decent restaurant onsite, which is worth a try.

1. Rooms do not have cross ventilation. One small window wasn't enough to keep the air flowing. 2. Windows do not come with mosquito/insect netting, was unable to keep it open in the evenings, can get suffocating in the night

Overall property is very nice. Peaceful and just off the main colva beach road. AC room that we chose was good and big enough. There are some scenic cottages too. Lots of space to walk, play and park. Onsite restaurant Trisara is simply awesome at good rates. Staff are polite and nice.

Despite paying half advance the insistence to first pay the remaining amount after long wait for the room and long tiring travel is not a good hospitality approach. You should first get the guest to rest and then ask for remaining payment. Some pest control is needed in rooms for ants mainly.

The property was as it was advertised. The cottage was clean and well maintained. The staff team were very helpful and always ready to help with any of my requests. There was a daily offer to clean the cottage, this was not intrusive. The staff did not enter the cottage unless expressly requested to do so. There was clear evidence that they are maintaining the property and updating where there are requirements. For instance they painted the outside of my property when I was away for the day.

the room was 100 xs bigger than expected, clean, full sized table, chair, seating area and garden outside. we opted for fans rather than AC- two massive fans- worked amazingly and not hot. friendly staff who would help and do anything for you. bathroom was clean. wifi worked well. laundry service on site. amazing restaurant on site which served breakfast, lunch and dinner. all very affordable. reception was helpful- kind and caring. brought us water each day, towels and other complimentary items in room. we loved this hotel. also a 1 minute walk off the main strip which is good to keep the noise down. 5 minutes walk to the beach. we loved it so much we booked an extra 4 nights after being here 3 hours.

It's nice specious cottage to stay, just around 10 minutes walk from the Colva beach. It has its own resturant Trisara within the cottage campus. The food is delicious and it's relatively cheaper than the nearby places. Staffs are very helpful.

Even though the cottage was a really nice place to stay but it's need little bit more maintenance. For example the room we were staying, one of the fan wasn't rotating fast enough, the AC wasn't working till midnight night due to power fluctuation.

Generally, nice place, good location near the beach. There is a pretty nice restaurant at the territory. The staff is friendly and ready to help. It was especially kind when they put our clothes dryer under the roof when the rain had started and we were out of the hotel.

The room is needed a renovation. There is no conditioning, old plumbing. It also could be cleaner, but this is a problem at all such hotels in India.

It was so relaxing. All the staff were lovely. The place was clean and spacious with complimentary soap and shampoo. The location was great, near the main road and the beach but set back so you felt like you had your own quiet space. There is a good restaurant onsite too.

A lovely place full of green, spacious and peaceful. There is a nice restaurant on the territory. Everything was beautifully decorated for Christmas. We also liked breakfasts very much.

Sometimes dogs were a bit noisy at nights.

The place has a nice location, near colva beach. Possible to park and to enjoy the garden and restaurant.

The big problem is the owner's dogs barking all night. It wakes up every night several time

The stay was fantastic! The staff are very friendly and helpful! Made me feel at home! The owners of the guesthouse are also very welcoming and care about the well-being of their guests!
