The property location was excellent as it was so close to a clean and quiet beach. The air conditioned room was clean and well appointed, with a very comfortable bed. The food in the restaurants was varied and well presented. The restaurant staff were friendly, spoke very good English, exceptionally knowledgeable and attentive. The hotel facilities were very good and the pool was clean and well maintained. The reception staff were very friendly and efficient. It was a great stay at a wonderful resort hotel.

There was nothing about this hotel I disliked.

The friendliness of all the staff from the lowest grade to the manager was excellent . The housekeeping by Mauvin was always the best. As for the dinning room staff were exceptional and always willing to go the extra mile. With the friendly staff around it was like a little village within a village, for the two weeks stay.

The road connection to the main Colva-Margao road was in a very bad state. There was a open pump chamber in the middle of the road that made the night time walk dangerous. Specially when the street light was not lit, we had to use the phone torch. That was the worst for two weeks stay.

Resort had almost a "brand new" feel to it - everything was spotless. Food at breakfast and dinner was very good and they perfectly accommodated our request for very little spice and chilli in the food. Staff were very attentive. Location is very good - but only if you have a car/scooter - which we did. Also liked the fact that you could only smoke in two locations which are on the edges of the resort - we had smokers in our group but they did not mind as it kept the pool and internal areas smoke and cigarette butt free. Room service options were also very very good including some 24hr room service options

Could do with a few more "passing the time" options - eg a table tennis table or a pool table or a darts board or even a badminton net and rackets. The drinks prices when you add on the 18% tax are quite high - especially when you can buy the same drinks for less than half price outside of the resort.

We chose this place as a quick getaway for a few days in Goa, our first visit. I was advised to stay in South Goa as North Goa tends to attract a boisterous crowd around this time of the year. Seems all guests received the same advice as of them, during our stay, seems so well-behaved but kept to themselves. This boutique resort seems to be newly refurbished. We booked 2 rooms facing the seafront for 4 nights. The rooms were neat and clean. The housekeeping was great. Special shoutout to Anupam. The room bookings came with buffet breakfast, generally with Indian spreads and a few continental offerings. We also had dinner on a couple of evenings. You get both buffet and ala carte choices. We also tried room service. Quite satisfied with the food, as we were quite free and easy on this trip. Staff were very business-like and helpful. There is a spathath offers Ayurvedic massage. Was ok. The beachfront is about 150m from the resort. We spent quite a bit of time on the beach. The centre of activities is about a 1.5 kms walk southward. The beach was clean though the swell was a little too high for swimming into deeper waters. There are lifeguards positioned about every 200m and they continue to warn you if you stray into slightly deeper waters. We also tried a few restaurants outside in Colva area and they were wonderful, attracting both tourists and local patrons. Also don't miss the food at the shacks on the beach. If you are going for just winding down on the beach, then the Sea Queen is not bad.of a place.

The WiFi connection in the rooms were poor often and had to go to the lobby to get a good connection. The swimming pool was a little too small for us, and was only 3.5 ft at its deepest end. We didn't get into the pool There wasn't any other activities organised by the management during our stay. FiFA World Cup 2022 was on and the resort could have had some activities including live screening of the matches for guests to watch together. Didn't meet any senior management of the resort who greeted or spoke to us. This can be improved. Such little friendly conversations provides lots of comfort for guests. The resort is located about a km from the main road and the access road crosses farms and paddy fields. You have to hire a tourist taxi to go anywhere from here.

The experience was relaxing, the staff were attentive but not overly so. The food at the restaurant was exceptional. The aircon was efficient and our luxury suite was spacious, clean and comfortable. The room boy polite and inconspicuous. The tranquility was just what we needed. Apparently the venue is popular for weddings and we were lucky to witness one of these, spectacular! The efficiency in the set up and the organisation seemed flawless. 5*'s from us 🙏🏼

Just one little note which I doubt can be avoided because of the location but the beach bistro was overrun with ants. Maybe a regular dousing with something might help. But in the great scheme if things that did not detract from our pleasure.

the location is bang on the Colva beach , the beach is nice and the approach road to the resort is also very good. It was a pleasure to reach the beach in a minute and to get on with the beach activities . the environment around the hotel is very peaceful ... one should try to take a room that overlooks the vast green expanse . it's nice to sit in the balcony and have your food there ... the sunsets at the beach are amazing , the beach shacks are an added bonus, though they are independent of the hotel ...

they don't offer any board games to play during idle time ... these are needed by almost all travellers . They should also try to clean the small road outside the hotel to one side , it will add to the overall pleasant experience

I had room upgrade to the Presidential suit. It was very spacious and comfortable with splendid sea view. Staff were very attentive and quick to serve. Breakfast had variety and was very good.

The resort had booking with 5 men's football teams and we felt the swimming pool and restaurant were crowded at times with young footballers. We did not feel comfortable in using the swimming pool and felt let down. The management agreed to shorten our booking of 4 days to 2 days and upgraded our stay to a better room. The management was accommodative of our request after initial resistance.

Great location, right in front of Colva beach - you can walk down to the beach in just couple of minutes through the private walkway from the hotel to the beach. The property is very clean, I saw people cleaning it round the clock! The staff is polite, helpful and courteous, and service is great. At breakfast, while the spread is good, it didn't have sausages and bacon which I had put down on the feedback form - the next 2 days they arranged for it separately for us ( not as a part of the spread, but served one on one which was impressive) (Frazer is the guy at the restaurant who got this done)

Nothing much to say really - Food quality on their menu can be improved. Should add more Goan options in their main menu.

The resort being in the midst of nature offers calm and serenity . The call of the wild peacocks was music to our ears. The staff is incredible right from reception to room dining. The room decor and layout has been well thought out with attention to detail. We were given an upgrade for the last four nights, which was a pleasant surprise.

The restaurant and shack could offer more Goan culinary fare which is quite rich and varied in flavours. Goan bread like poee and sannas, would complete the Goan food experience

Staff was incredibly efficient, friendly and helpful. Specially NokPoh at the pool bar, who was very attentive. The food is amazing, their kingfish was extremely fresh and I really enjoyed the pool and the bar.

Maybe more shaded areas by the pool would be nice. There are only 4 sun beds with 3 umbrellas to cover from the sun, and considering how hot is in Goa, if you don't get one of these beds before other guests, it's really hard to hang out by the pool.
