What I loved: the kindness, generosity and attention to detail offered by all staff: from the GM to the restaurant guys, reception team and room cleaning teams. The friendliness was so lovely. The cleanliness of the hotel, the rooms and the pool was exceptional. Special shout out to Hanumanth, who was one of the guys cleaning the rooms. Nothing was too much trouble. The room was very spacious, and the rain shower an absolute delight. The hotel itself is secluded and you can walk with ease to the beach though the hotel lays on a taxi door to beach drop off free service. The beach is very calm and spacious. I went there to write and the conditions were very good to do so. I would certainly go back. The late check out again was brilliant and it meant I could relax right to the last minute in the room. I paid a bit more but really good value for money I thought. I’ve stayed in many hotels internationally and I would rate this one as one of the best. The exemplar is the level of care and kindness. The GM made sure he introduced himself to me, and asked me to let him know if there was anything he could help with. The food - particularly the evening meals were beautifully presented and very tasty! Lastly - I was staying solo and felt very safe. Important for women: this is a safe, calm and friendly space to stay.

I have currently stayed there. My experience was really great. The staff is very cooperative. Mr Ayush who was at the reception was great. The breakfast was good. The location is good if you are looking for peaceful property. The beach is around 2.5km away, but they also provide beach shuttle service which is great. Overall I am happy that I chose this property. If in future I'll come I'll definitely opt for this property and will recommend it to my friends. Worth the money.

The bathroom can be a little cleaner. The last pickup is at 6:15 pm if they can provide it a bit late also then it would be great. The Taxis are available but they are higher in price. If you rent a scooty or car then no problem otherwise it becomes costly.

My family of 4 stayed at Jasminn for 4 nights in December 2024. Overall we had an amazing experience and feel like visiting again. This was among the best experiences we have had. Beautiful, quiet / peaceful, clean and amazing service all together in one place. Excellent hospitality, amazing staff and service is top class especially at the restaurant. Large parking is available so your private vehicle can be parked, pleasing welcome with welcome drink, no challenges with checkin. We stayed in two bedroom suite. Pretty clean, neat, had king bed in one room and 2 twins in other. Large living with TV, extended area for dining with refrigerator, microwave and coffee maker. Nice balcony. Locker is available in one bed room. Bathroom, toiletteris r neatly setup. Room cleaning done daily. Best part was the service at Melati Restobar attached to the hotel. Buffet breakfast with varieties of choices including custom options such as omelet, dosa, tea etc available. You won’t get bored even after several days. One stood out with service was Edison. He provided the best service and we felt like having him around to serve us every time whether it was during breakfast or dinner. Quite a variety on the menu for dinner. Edison was helpful to advise us on choice of dishes. Once a wrong milkshake was served. But, he was very kind and quick enough to replace with right one in short time without any fuss and with a very pleasing tone. The way he handled customer, we felt like visiting repeatedly for another meal and didn’t feel like driving away to other restaurants even though price may have been slightly higher. Hats-off Edison! Even service from Raj was likable - he was very professional and very pleasing with service. Though we didn’t interact much with others, even Neston, Cyril and Indra were all nice and good with service. Nice music during dinner was bonus. At the front desk Ayush was very friendly and helpful. Rameez was helpful too. Cleaning staff Reran/Regan?

Dust in parking due to construction. You could provide some car cleaning when checkout. Car was fully dusty and windows were quite dusty. Ladies staff at reception weren’t quick on following up on request. Please monitor them closely. Restaurant dinner price can be better. Also, Thai and some spicy choices can be added. These are some suggestions. Checkout can be little better. Have someone available after cleaning to help with luggage. Some attention lacked during exit. It is very important. We are ok but please don’t ignore it.

I am so very thankful I ended up choosing the Jasminn hotel for my stay in South Goa. The facilities were of high standards, inclusive of restaurant, gym, pool(s) and my room. The true stand out though, was every single individual part of the establishment, their friendliness and willingness to make my stay as comfortable as possible was outstanding. This ran from top to bottom, the owner, general manager, hospitality, customer service, house keeping and security employees, were all genuine people and a true representation of the quality output that this hotel provides. Extra special shout outs to Tanmoi, Beverley, Gouse, Raj, Edison, Neston, Siba, Vishwanath and the kitchen team. If in Goa again I would be back at the Jasminn hotel in an instant!

The hotel & facilities are great, but be aware there is nothing around within a reasonable walking distance. The hotel runs a shuttle service to & from the beach, which is free and works well. Going any other place you need a taxi and they charge premium rates (at least double the cost of taxis elsewhere in India). Nice room with great shower and plenty of hot water. The 2 pools are clean & well maintained. Pool towels are available and can be taken to the beach. Good food is offered both for breakfast and evening dinner. I would recommend taking a half board option since eating out means taxi to & from an unknown restaurant. The beach is fine white sand with a few beach bars offering sun beds free & good food and drink.

On the down side the hotel is obsessed with payments. We booked 3 days before arrival and had endless reminders to pay before we arrived regardless of the fact a “no show” was covered for the full amount by credit card. Equally, on checking out I asked for the bill, there were 5 hotel staff in reception, I stood looking at them smiling and finally went away since nobody did a thing. This happen a second time! Finally when our taxi arrived the settlement bill was ready. All in all a good hotel that needs a few of it's procedures improving.

This is a big hotel complex. The location was not bad, with a scooter you can reach many beaches. The hotel also provides a free shuttle bus to the nearest beach during the day. The guard helped us to rent a scooter, wich was delivered to our hotel in 5 minutes (super convenient). The room was nice, the bed comfy and breakfast was also not bad. The restaurant on the hotel territory is decent and they sometimes play very good live music. I am very happy with this resort.

The reception feels a bit lost. For some reason they were pressuring us to pay on their hotel website way before it is required here claiming that otherwise our reservation is "on hold". That caused us stress to the point we thought about cancelling this hotel, cause there is no "on hold" on this website and we didn't understand what it even means. In the end we've arrived and paid with our credit card on the spot, so all was good. But it could be that we were lucky and no one "paid and claimed" our room before us.

After having stayed in 7 hotels in three different cities in India, this hotel was by far the best out of all of them. The room was clean, had a large and modern TV and a silent AC. The mattresses were cozy, the wifi fast and there was plenty of space for three people for little money. The hotel staff was very helpful and looked after our well-being. Staying past the checkout time until a different room was ready for us was no problem. The area of the hotel is quite and there's a shuttle to the beach every hour until 6pm. If you're looking for a lively neighborhood, the hotel won't be for you. If you are seeking quietness away from busyness, you're right here.

A cozy, tidy place that met all our needs. The 2 room apartment was comfortable for 4 people and had sufficient amenities. The staff was friendly and offered additional information and help with travel around Goa. The shuttle service to the Betalbatim beach was good as well. The breakfast buffet was good with plenty of options for everybody.

The location is a bit interior in south Goa with not a plenty of options for taxi. But the contacts provided by the hotel were a bit helpful.

We had a wonderful stay last week .The staff was extremely welcoming and attentive, making sure all our needs were met. The room was spotless, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed for a relaxing stay. They arranged Christmas party as well . What stood out the most was the food—absolutely delicious! From the breakfast buffet to dinner, every meal was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. Overall, it was a delightful experience with a perfect blend of comfort, hospitality, and excellent cuisine.
