Nice hotel in a lovely part of Goa with excellent rooms, service and views. The pool is nice. It's joined with the Novotel

You might end up in the wrong restaurant for breakfast as there's no distinction between the Blu and Novotel. Pool is very warm which in this heat, isn't refreshing!! Took a while and 5 calls for an extra towel and water bottles to arrive. They need to do more for environmental consciousness - plastic water bottles are still given when in most hotels, especially 5 star ones, filtered water in glass bottles are provided. The toiletries too are plastic wrapped and such a shame

The place was fantastic, and we really liked the hotel as well. Everything was very clean, and the staff was very helpful. The food was amazing, and the variety of dishes was incredible. We didn't visit the bar this time, but we will definitely do so next time. In front of the hotel, there is a lively town where you can find absolutely everything you need. The hotel also has a taxi station where you can arrange any trip or excursion.

"I don't understand why the pool on our terrace wasn't filled. We had an executive suite and specifically booked it because of the pool. But it wasn't functional."

Radisson Blu Goa is the place to be. The service from the point of arrival to the last day was outstanding. everyone at the hotel was hands-on and it felt like all they wanted to see was smiles on the faces of their guests. i would definitely make it a home away from home. its such a beautiful place, so quite and peaceful. I would stand at the breakfast buffet and did not where to start because the options was just too much. Radisson Blu Goa is definitely the girl she thinks she is.

Everything was on point in my view. would not ask them to change a thing. just the swimming pool time that i would have loved to go beyond 7pm. maybe just with a few rules in regards to minors.

We had a wonderful stay at Radisson Blu Goa. All staff specifically Madhu and Arnold on reception with a warm welcome kept us well accommodated, Sourav and Amey are excellent chefs and the food was amazing. Lifeguard Ram was very friendly and helped us, the waiters, Roshni, sairaj, Ashim, Rita, Manoj, Baptest and especially Jecilo kept us all happy. All the staff are a credit to the team and we wish them all the best for the future. We also look forward to coming again soon.

The Upper Deck buffet was fantastic! Very friendly staff. Excellent service. Very accommodating. The gym and spa are brilliant. Very clean and beautiful pools. Very close to the beach.

Floor in room and bathroom was a little dusty/dirty. Some of the waiting staff neglected to ask my girlfriend for things such as offer her tea. They would always offer/ask me for things but one chap even pretended like she didn't exist at the table. Perhaps a cultural difference. But for an international chain, it should be customary to treat both men and women equally courteously.

Serene and quite place with direct access to the beach. Most staff were very helpful and the food department lead by Chef-Devendra and team was outstanding and made up for lack of items in buffet.

The check in experience was made a hell by a male at the reception called Shahnawaz who made sure he would only talk rules and that too as unhelpful as possible. I hated to see his face the entire duration of the stay. I wonder why they keep employing such disgraceful human when they have almost the entire rest of the team who are so good.

It was a perfect vacation at Radisson Blu. The staff was very polite and friendly right from the time we entered the resort. The facilities were top-notch and the food amazing, especially the Upper Deck. The resort also provided baby food, which was so convenient. The pool was nice and clean. The beach was easily accessible, just a 10 min walk. The beach itself was beautiful, with pristine sand and lovely views. Not too crowded, either. The resort accepted our request for 1 hr late checout. They also arranged for a taxi for local rides and airport return which was helpful. We only wish we'd planned a longer trip. We'll definitely come back.

Nothing to complain. Maybe just that the water in the bigger pool was warmer than that of the baby pool.

Overall the hotel is 5 star property, well maintained. Food was excellent. Renovation work is going on but not a problem

We gave our car to the valet to park however when they returned the car after 2 days it was covered with all tree leaves and dirt. Full of leaves. Was Parked under the tree. They just brought the car like in that condition. Atleast give in a condition that guest can use it, not asking for superior cleaning. I had to clean the car at front of the reception main entry. When we asked somebody from the staff to dust off the leaves they just refused it.

The overall feel of the resort is beautiful, a lot of greenery, serenity,and the private beach access along with being pet friendly. The cavelossim beach location is also quite beautiful. One can spend 3-4 days easily here.

Some more activities can be planned by the resort for families as afternoons are hot so for them to spend good time inside the resort is a better idea. And one staff member was quite rude, during Breakfast, named Aditi.

The services provided by RB South Goa staff are top notch, thanks to Stanviston, Aditi and all the staff for making our stay memorable. The property also gives a homely feeling. The breakfast was really good, restaurant facilities are also very good. I would rate them 10/10 for their services.

Though the property provides private access to the beach but there are no beach beds from there end on the beach, for that guest has to depend on the shacks outside. Charges for using bicycles or indoor games within the resort, well most of the resorts in South Goa don't charge for it. Joining two single beds making it one large bed, it's not that comfortable, you should either keep 2 separate twin beds Or Single large bed.
