The rooms were nice and spacious. All the necessary facilities were provided. They gave us a free upgrade when we asked for a room on the upper floor. The reception staff was friendly and cooperative, the restaurant offered unexpectedly tasty food.

They should sweep the room floor before letting the guests check in. We had to use footwear even while inside the room. I guess everybody goes to the beach and brings a lot of sand back to the room with their footwear (including us, it's unavoidable). A piece of glass was missing in the bathroom window. It seemed like a blind spot for anyone possibly peeping from outside, but the idea still made me uncomfortable. I am sure the staff would have immediately made the necessary arrangements had we informed them of all this, they were generally very cooperative. We just didn't because we weren't inside the room most of the time.

Well,... what can we say? We were in for a GREAT SURPRISE indeed ! This was our family holiday... and we really ENJOYED the wonderful aesthetic facilities and rooms..... the quiet locale... the kind friendly staff.... the homely tasty food...... the lovely swimming pool... the cleanliness......the welcome to our doggie and parrot ( Pet friendly!)..... and last but not least the warm and kind HOST...... Mr Agarwal ! We stayed nearly a month ! And then not to forget......the quiet little Fatrade beach....2 kms away ! All...JUST ABSOLUTELY SUPERB !!

Well. .. that is a difficult question..!! Perhaps.. .. the sugar used in the UPMA while cooking... can be avoided !

All facility is here. There are very nice gym, swimming pool, and spa. All staff is very decent with good manner and There is manisha on reception counter with everytime smiles pace. Overall ultimate hotel.

Veg Food was very tasty , Mr Ravi in restaurant was very helpful and took care very well , even other staff in reception and house keeping staff also shown good hospitality , hotel was hygenic, and cleaning was good , location is pleasant

The Staff and owner of the property are very cooperative. They will never let you unhappy with the place or any service. The owner of property always help you for any discounts.

Very helpful staff and property is excellent in this price. We called the property owner immediately after booking for the location and he sent us gps link right away After reaching they shifted us to better and bigger room.We made a request for dinner at terrace abd they arranged it fairy lights and everything comfortable possible.Next morning our car Tyre got flat and we didn't had any spare tyre too.Manager helped us taking our tyre on bike, getting it repaired and setting it back I definitely would recommend this place to everyone
