Food in resort was amazing. Staff were really nice and helpful all the time even for small things. Location was perfect, near to colva beach, varca beach, benaulim, big foot museum. For 3 days trip, staying here is hastle free as you don't have to rush and travel to/from beaches. Specially serenity around place was amazing. Nice quite lush green peaceful place. Swimming pool was very well maintained as well.

Facilities for kids and indoor games has to be improved. One thing which which may/may not be appreciated is delay in serving food if you are half done with meal, but at same time when it comes to your table it is yummy.

It was comfortable and clean and had decent wifi. The breakfast was pretty decent too. We only stayed here overnight (~11 hours).

No elevator, which was a given but because my mom is a senior citizen I was hoping we woild be given rooms on the lower floor so that she would t have to climb too much. But she only had to do it once or twice cos we were only at the hotel overnight. There was the bare minimum toiletries. The mixer in the shower was not the best. Only turn hot water ~5 degrees, any more and it is scalding. The picture definitely feel edited, but the hotel was definitely comfortable and clean enough.

Excellent friendly staff could not do enough for us.The swimming pool is kept clean and the sun loungers are brilliant clean large pool towels provided every day.The breakfast is typical Indian any egg cooked to you’re preference lol with some Indian breakfast too.Very good food in the Restaurant for lunch and evening meal.The owner Gerin so helpful and friendly great guy.

We loved the place. It was just 10 minutes away from beach. Enjoyed morning walks and evening scroll on beach. It was a nice airy room with a huge balcony to relax. Beds were comfortable and bathroom was clean and full of amenities. Really liked breakfast and customer service. Special thanks to Nikhil for looking after us and providing us with vital information about sightseeing. They also helped us with hiring sckoty to go around. We will definitely come again and that also for longer stay. Looking forward to a pool by the time we come next time. Thank you and see you again.

Staff and owner is a nice and helpful. Walkable distance to beach. Place is remote from all touristy hustle.

Transportation. Taxi services have monopoly in the location and place doesn’t have many basic necessities shops close by so you depend on renting bike or scooter or Taxi but again, we chose it because of remote location so no complaints

Peaceful location with nice, clean pool and space to relax. Good size room with balcony. Restaurant with well prepared menu and reasonable pricing. The owner and staff are very friendly and helpful. 10 min walk to beach with a couple of bars and shops en route but overall a quiet area, perfect for relaxation.

Food is exceptionally good. Staff is very helpful especially Mr.Rupesh. Very peaceful and quiet location. live band was wonderful. The owner makes personal efforts to make your stay comfortable and mingles with the guests. Overall the property enjoys a nice location with proximity to some of the best beaches and water sports. Would like to visit again.

Friendly staff, clean large room with en suite and balcony. This will be a prime room once the pool is completed as the view will be of the pool area Food was excellent and a wide variety Location was good, you can walk a variety of ways to the beach and town approx 10min walk and 20min to the main town passing many restaurants, gift stalls and supermarkets

Maybe a few more choices for breakfast would have been nice

We a family of 4 from kerala stayed there for 3 nights(25 - 28). Mr.Garin (The Boss)🙌 , such a wonderful man. From welcoming to all the needs from our side were done with care. Then comes Ms.Rupa😊(Bullion bar &bristro). The hospitality and caring towards the customers is exceptional. Thankyou to Mr.Rupesh👍 for providing all the contact's for the taxi service as well as the rental service. In short everything will be taken care of for the customers staying there. The food&beverages were out of the world. I mean how delicious a food can get. One must have food from there bullion f&b. Had a wonderful stay & will also plan to stay there on the next trip as well. Cheers!.🥂

All our expectations were met. I don't recall anything that i didn't like.

Everything was amazing .. we reached the hotel around 3 am. The owner had kept the keys for us. That was very kind of him to check on us the previous day and made arrangements accordingly. They had a very good menu. Reasonable rates. they arranged bikes for us. Recommended spots and transportation. Very friendly staffs. I would definitely visit the place again. Such a calm place with amazing view. 5/5. completely different from north Goa.
