The location, oh the most beautiful beach and that too with private access ... Staff specially the restaurant people such lovelies... We had to check out early ... They arranged for an early breakfast that too full spread with a smile 😊 we were with our kid and parents and this place checked all the boxes for family stay!

It was close to the beach. Just 1 min walk from the hotel. On the beach there are couple of restaurants which have a fresh sea food. You can barging for the price of grilled fish. And the beach in April was very quiet and this is what I liked about it. The room was clean, the furniture was a bit old. The airco was very good. And there was a kettle. So, if you are not expecting 5 stars it is pretty decent to stay there a couple of days. And for some extra payment I could arrange a later check out.

A bit old furniture. The standard WiFi was not good in my room on the first floor. But then I received the access to a different network. Depending on a day / weather there might some garbage on the beach. But this is I think quite common in India.

Nasya Cottages - The rooms were comfortable, quiet, and clean. Good service. Overall, super friendly staff. Excellent beach access, with in-house water sport activities center (called Pele), with free sunbeds for guests. It was quite hot outside, but the aircon remained comfortable in the rooms, throughout the stay. Open style Restaurant (Cisco) is spread on a nice, raised deck. touching the sea. A mix feeling of a beach shack restaurant and a proper land restaurant. Good Food. Special word of thanks to Alex Pinto at the restaurant. Always helpful and knows the restaurant so well. Good secure place, and Jim the tall strong guard, always smiling, gives you a feeling of additional safety. Professional and caring staff. Special mention to Renuka at the reception, who paid close attention to an issue of booking, relating to another site agoda.com. Handled well by the hotel, although a booking platform issue. My booking for one night was on booking.com and the rest of the days on Agoda.com. Explained the matter on the first day to the staff, Saviola and Murielle. They were candid enough to understand the confusion caused on Agoda.com. Later when the matter was explained to the senior staff, Renuka, she was immediately and pleasantly closed the situation. Upgraded me to the next level of rooms, the seaside cottages. Thank your Renuka, for your continuous attention and checking on everything throughout my stay. Overall, good stay, highly recommended.

It seemed to me that there was a misrepresentation on Agoda.com site, as compared to Booking.com. Similar rooms were wrongly presented as "higher category pricing" by Agoda. The Hotel needs to take it up. They do not have a package, including the breakfast. Seems the restaurant is managed separately. But overall, will visit again, if in South Goa. Cheers.

I had an amazing stay at Nasya Beachside Cottages! The location is perfect—just steps away from the beach, offering stunning views and a peaceful atmosphere. The cottage was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, with all the amenities I needed for a relaxing getaway. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with anything I needed. I especially loved the serene environment and waking up to the sound of waves every morning. If you're looking for a quiet, beautiful spot in Goa, I highly recommend Nasya Beachside Cottages. I can't wait to come back!

All staff supper accommodating and professional, and facilities are great. We got upgraded to a beautiful spacious room after the first night, since our initial cottage was right behind the restaurant kitchen and it felt a bit noisy. The rest of the cottages seem lovely, surrounded by the greenery and right next to the beach. Many restaurants around, we didn’t get a chance to check out the one onsite but really enjoyed Zumbrai nearby.

Property location is just beside the beach which was easily accessible. Staff was really prompt to resolve our queries and issues.

Restaurant can be improved. Booking.com show that the room includes most of the facilities for the room selected. But, when we visit the property some of the facilities might not available. Booking.com is misleading the customers on what are included and what not. We need to contact the property to check on the facilities that would be available for the room selected and at the property.

Really wonderful place and the people who own it and all who run it are super friendly. The location, right on the beach, is gorgeous and the room is very spacious with everything you need and a good AC. All of my requests were attended to immediately and with a smile. Genuinely blown away by the friendliness of everyone here. Smiles all round. :)

Noise from surrounding weddings on some of the evenings - but not the fault of the property!

The property owner is very much cooperative and warm.. thank you for the upgrade on the room :) The property manager and staff are courteous, warm and helping.They made me feel at home and comfortable throughout my stay.. ! About the property, the location is beautiful, property is well maintained.. good space to move around, sit and chill.. I could work peacefully sitting outside in the cafeteria.. good wifi connection.. 🙌 I loved my stay throughout.. Very good vibes ✨️ Thank you very much 😊

Food options has a place for improvement.. However, the food items I tasted were delicious 😋

We didn't actually stay in their beach huts, we stayed in one of their rooms. Comfortable and clean accommodation right on benaulim beach. Decent sized rooms with outside seating, Aircon and kettle.

We could hear every sound from the room next door. Footsteps, talking and coughing etc. When they opened and closed their door our whole apartment shook. Fridge would be nice.
