2mins walkable from beach parking area(If this is first time we adviced to reach the place at day time OR call the owner before you pick up your taksi). It's my experience.

This place was so quaint and charming. The sernbatim beach is not at all crowded and looks amazing at night. Location wise it's a little difficult to approach because there's no parking available and they bring your luggage in an offroad type jeep. The owner is a very helpful person and helps you out with anything. We couldn't order the food here since we were out for most of the day but I definitely want to come back here.

The place was really neat and clean. The staff was hospitable. The food was great. And the cocktails they made were on point. You don't have the view from the cottage but it is just 50mtrs walk away from the cottage. Even the beach is secluded which is an add-on. The location is away from all the crowd. If you like a peaceful stay, this is it.

Location and the property is amazing. Right on the beach, very peaceful, calm and serene. Food is great. Special shout-out to the staff who goes above and beyond to make my stay comfortable. Had an amazing time here. 10/10

It’s quite far to mainstream and happening places but if you are looking for a quite peaceful getaway, this is the place.

The best about the place is the friendliness of Rafik and his family and team. And Rafik's sublime Tandoori fish with the best french fries east of Belgium.

There was some issue with our booking, but all was handled professionally and in a dedicated manner.

Food, location, hosts. Food was awesome, it was in front of the beach. It's a peaceful beach with a minimal crowd.

Nothing, the staff were exceptionally good and supportive. Will recommend everyone to consider this property for stay near beach in South Goa.

The owner was kind and helpful we reached around 11pm no one can find the cottage it has to be walked on beach sand we had luggage, the owner came in seconds in a jeep to receive us.

The location is perfect, the property itself is on the beach. You can simply walk to the beach. The dining area is amazing, has a full 180 degree view of the beach. Food was really good. Very amazing place and experience overall.

The location, the view, the food, everything was on top. The family who handles the operation is so humble, Ground to earth and very nice people. I would love to spend my next visits there.
