Rafique is probably one of the best chefs i have had food with. The food was all 7 star. I cannot forget the taste of fish Tikka and cafreal. It was marvelous. The family and support staff were very kind and obliged to all your request. The location is fantastic and food amazing. If you visit goa, go to happy shack.

When you are on vacation and in such a fantastic location with great food, even somethings not to your expectations are disregarded.

A gem of a location, felt unspoilt and peaceful yet accessible to everywhere if wanting to go somewhere busier. Really wonderful family run place, fantastic food, lovely staff and beautiful gardens.

Awesome place. Rafiq & family took real good care of the guests. Checked out today and am already planning my return trip.

Location is good. Can enjoy the sea view and sunsets. Very clean beach and less crowded. Totally worth it.

Everything was good

Everything was fabulous. From the minute we arrived, to the minute we left, everything was great. The beach huts are really good, spacious, clean and comfortable with a/C and fan. The restaurant food is all delicious and excellent value for money. The staff were all very friendly helpful and kind, some speak great English too, and the location on the quiet, wide, sandy beach is superb. It is absolutely wonderful for a relaxed time at the sea.

There was nothing we did not like. The staff were helpful and one took me on his motorbike to the ATM in Benaulim. I have read some bad reviews but they must be mistaken! I suppose I could say, we could have a kettle in the room, but there's no point when there's tea, coffee and lots of other drinks just a few yards away, in the shade, overlooking the beach and sea!

Great little chalets in a garden setting right behind the charming restaurant with a terrace overlooking the stunning beach. Could sleep to the sound of the waves. Run by a very nice family who were very helpful.

Need to use app to find it but that is because it is in a quieter stretch of the beach.

Just perfect wooden huts! You go down several stairs and here it is - the soft white sand and warm waters of the ocean in surroundings of palm trees. The huts are clean and cozy with own bathrooms and tremendous beds. There is a restaurant faced the beach with delicious food. The owner and his family are amazingly hospitable, speak really good English and always willing to help. Great place!

Very comfortable stay, This property is run by the hard working,warm n welcoming family of Rafiqbhai..The food is very delicious from Indian, Chinese, continental or even breakfast was yummy 😋...Just the perfect peaceful beach in front location 🏖️ between a very busy n crowded colva beach n benaulim beach... Walkable distance to both water sports serving beaches...Happy shack is a great choice I made as I wanted to have a peaceful private beach like experience of stay n food with my family ..Rooms are cosy, clean n has garden view which is rare at beach front..MUST visit place , a homely atmosphere n services at a reasonable rates !!! Very safe and sound if you are solo, with family , a couple or have kids with you ...Highly recommend it...See you soon happy shack !!!

Right on the beach. Only 8 huts. Very quiet, in between Benaulim & Colva. Lovely breeze up through restaurant (additional benefit of keeping mosquitoes at bay). Food good & cheap. Staff very helpful - family run business. Air con keeps shack nice & cool. Beach clean in front of shack, & vast.

Beautiful shacks at the best part of the beach! Need anything? Ask Rafik! Airport transfer, scooter, laundry service - no problem at all! We really enjoyed our stay and felt very welcome. Also, the food is brilliant! Thanks for the coconut!
