The location was really breathtaking,the staff was ever smiling & very helpful,the food layout was a feast. Kudos to the team.

The size of bathroom was very small for a resort property,the room too was just ok,bare minimum,luxury feel was missing. The lift needs to be improved as it's non ac,consider some other options for keeping it cool,a glazed glass or some such thing. Uber cabs not allowed inside the property was a sad thing. The Hotel itself mentioning in it's letter that take a hotel cab or from the cab union itself was very disappointing. U need to look into this seriously,this is Blackmail

Breakfast had a good spread of dishes. Location is very good and close to the beach. The swimming pool was good.

There are 3 things which could be corrected: 1. Every day we had to reactivate the room key. It was a hassle since it was like we were locked out and needed to seek housekeeper help 2. The Wifi was getting disconnected when we went out and came back and had to again connect back that too with a login and a new password. Since the normal thought is that it would automatically work after first sign in we realised it the hard way when I ended consuming lot of data through my cell provider 3. The bed was not comfortable. I ended up having back discomfort

Excellent property location and fun place for the family. One of the best Staff experiences in Goa in all these years of my Travel to Goa ( 20 Years). Front Desk Staff ( special mention for Ms Tousen ) was helpful and prompt. Good Complimentary breakfast with changing options all 3 days of our stay. In room dining is also fairly priced and with good quality. Private Beach access is the highlight of the property. Nearby restaurants are also good if you don't want to eat all the time in the resort. Overall a pleasant stay at Holiday Inn and we may visit again when we do the South Goa next.

During summertime the Swimming Pool is the top attraction for Family Travellers , One of the 3 days the pool was not cleaned up well and this needs the attention of the Management. The rest of the 2 days it was good we enjoyed it for a couple of hours daily .

We liked the over all hospitality, staff's happy to serve attitude , rains and off course food as always but it's the usual one without major changes as we have visited this resort already 3 times in last 5/6 years .

There is no recreational zone for elders and they have only one pool table which was kind of expensive should have been reasonable. Indoor tabke tennis or badminton area should be there as we mostly come there for staycation . We endup going to pool or beach everytime which is really private, clean and secure.

The food and service at the hotel were excellent in every way. We enjoyed a buffet breakfast that offered an incredible variety of dishes, catering to every imaginable preference. Even the à la carte dinner was freshly prepared and absolutely perfect. The rooms and the pool were maintained impeccably. We traveled with our 5-year-old son, and I can confidently say that Holiday Inn is an ideal choice for families with children, as they offer complimentary meals for kids throughout the day. The Mobor Beach, located nearby, is excellent for swimming. If you’re looking to try a beach shack nearby, I recommend the one on the left side of the resort (unfortunately, I can’t recall the name). However, avoid Mike's Oasis Beach Shack—it had terrible service and equally disappointing food!

The complimentary gala dinner for New Year's Eve did not justify its value (₹11,800 per person without drinks). The vegetarian dishes were not being replenished promptly. Additionally, I would like to highlight that Mr. Gaurav, who was in charge of organizing the gala dinner seating arrangements, misguided us by assigning us a table far from the stage. Fortunately, we chose not to follow his advice.

Front desk staff was superb. First rate professional. The breakfast buffet was awesome. I observed the kitchen/dining room quality control man making his round with trainee in tow. Right down to the greetings and excellent service from the dining room front desk girl who offered to make my coffee and she brought it to my table. Incredible experience. Go, you won't be disappointed.

The pool boys could have been more productive by repairing lounge chairs and cleaning up towels from abandoned lounge chairs. They were far from being as polished as the bellhops, checkin staff and dining room staff.

The location is beautiful, the beach clean and serene, although a bit rough for swimming. The room, the food and the overall facilities were excellent. The service crew at the beach restaurant were very polite & helpful and went out of their way to ensure my meals were as per my liking.

The security guards at the main gate were very unhelpful with my pre-booked transport upon my departure. They would not allow my taxi into the hotel property, I was requested to exit the gate for the pick up. And once out of the hotel space and with no phone signal and wifi, they would give me a hard time when I asked them for help because I could not locate the driver.

The beach front is amazing probably the best in South Goa this I can assure as I even stayed in Taj and compared to other properties if you are in Goa you want to access beach through your hotel specifically in South Goa with clean almost white sand beach, where you will also feel safe in the middle of the night this is the place for you. They have maintained it well too. If you are staying here plan to have a drink in the evening on their beach restaurant the grill. You wouldn’t want to miss the sunset view and the night vibes of this place. The pool is well maintained too and so is the entire property. Rooms are pretty average but very clean Special call out to all the staff members interacted with starting with Banu at the reception who was managed my check in very well. The travel desk staff, staff at the grill and the main restaurant near the pool.

I have visited Holiday Inn multiple times this time I feel like the breakfast options and the overall taste of the food has declined a lot

Great location, right at the beach which is very clean and quiet, with excellent views. Food in all three restaurants was very good, with very courteous staff and prompt service. Breakfast spread was excellent. Service was prompt, and room cleanliness was great too. It is a large property and just walking around the property felt quite good, not to mention the long walks on the beach, with the sun setting on the Arabian sea.

The transport desk was a bit of a spoiler. Very inflated rates and curt staff. E.g. an Innova from the airport cost INR 1660 while the return trip by Innova was INR 2800, a 70% markup. Wish the rates were a bit more reasonable.

Brilliant location and great facilities. Super food and easy access to taxis or buses to get to the local towns. Polite and helpful staff in the dining areas. Well appointed rooms with good shower facilities. Very comfortable bed, lovely balcony overlooking gardens. Brilliant beach - better than the local village beach.

Reviews all mentioned the charm and restful environment. We had back to back big weddings in the hotel - with loud music 6+ hours a day and a bass beat audible in the next village. It would have been better to be aware of this before booking - although to be fair, that is not totally simple. Throbbing music on the beach can get a little wearying. Hotel management were pretty helpful on discussing this but could obviously not do anything to reduce it. Big weddings ought to take over the whole hotel?
