• The hospitality and service were truly the highlight of our visit. The staff was consistently courteous, attentive, and proactive, always ready to assist with a smile. • Special thanks to the team for preparing fresh baby food on request, each time tailored exactly to our needs. That thoughtful gesture made a big difference and made our stay much easier as a family. • The property itself is serene and welcoming, with most amenities in place and well-maintained. It provided the perfect environment for a peaceful, family-friendly getaway. Thank you again to the entire team for making our visit so comfortable and memorable. We’d be happy to return and will recommend the property to friends and family visiting South Goa.

• That said, we did notice a few minor maintenance issues, some fungus formation on the bathroom door and floor, and the sit-out area cushions appeared visibly unclean. • There were also a couple of small concerns with the food: the vadas served at breakfast were consistently sour across multiple days, and some of the bakery items felt a bit hard or stale. • These were minor issues in an otherwise enjoyable experience but addressing them would certainly enhance the overall stay.

We had a wonderful family stay at Fairfield by Marriott, Benaulim, Goa. Traveling as a couple with our 9-year-old daughter, we truly enjoyed everything the property had to offer. The location is peaceful yet well-connected, giving easy access to the beautiful Benaulim Beach. The hospitality was excellent—the staff was warm, courteous, and always ready to help with a smile. Our daughter especially loved the swimming pool, and we all looked forward to the delicious breakfast spread every morning, which had great variety and quality. The amenities were top-notch, and the overall ambiance of the hotel made our stay extremely comfortable and memorable. Highly recommended for families looking for a relaxing and fun getaway in South Goa!

The following we liked during stay: 1) Closeness to Benaulim beach. 2) Friendliness & service of staff. 3) Flexible room cleaning timings. 4) Very comfortable shower & bed. 5) Very nice pool & bar. 6) Personal attention. Guest are not treated like a number.

The following we did not like during stay: 1) Hotel is not connected to beach. You have to leave the property for going to beach. It’s not a hotel “at the beach” but “near” to the beach. 2) We took 2 spa therapies of together 12,000 INR, but the massage was really not good at all. 3) Absence of hotel cab service. You have to negotiate with their outside partners which charge a little high for Indian standards. 4) Pool bar closes 8pm, which is way too early for a night with drinks.

I must say that I have rarely experienced the kind of personalized attention, courtesy and cordiality extended by the kind staff of Fairfield Benaulim, in the course of my travelling chronicles till date. They are an exquisitely well-mannered, disciplined and caring set of people taking every possible opportunity to make the guests feel comfortable. They have a wonderful spread in the offing, with amazing salads, appetizers, soups, main-course and a delectably appealing set of desserts (plus live counters). The property offers a wonderful view of the twin pools (for kids and adults) impeccably maintained and the lush green fields outside, Kids will enjoy the two enticing playzones equipped with foosball, air hockey, table tennis, chess, carrom and of course, two PS4 gaming consoles. I would take this opportunity to thank a few staff members whom we had very pleasant interactions with. Shruti and Chandni were extremely kind and courteous to extend all possible help when I met with a freak mishap. Shruti was constantly checking on the well-being through out the course of our stay with a genuinely caring demeanour, their mild-mannered and positive gestures during our stay were an immensely humbling experience. Subhasish, the guardian in-charge of Kava, the in-premise restaurant, helped us savour an assortment of delicacies, be it south Indian, Goan, Bengali, Punjabi or continental, perennially checking on the quality, taste and aesthetics of the food served along with a daily dose of wonderful discussions. Aaron his counterpart in the restaurant engaged us with interesting anecdotes from the Goan life. Hats off to all the wonderful Chefs ! Among the other staff members, Esha, Sanjeeb, Naviene, Frilia, Suchit, Dawson, Wasir, … and many others deserve sincere and heartfelt appreciation and respect for they carried the very essence of hospitability with admirable poise, grace, humility and patience. God bless them !

Nothing specific

We had a lovely stay in Goa — great location, lovely food, and a brilliant breakfast! There was a fantastic choice each morning, and everything was fresh and tasty. We made the mistake of ordering a pizza one night just to have something a bit more western — that was a bit strange — but everything else we had was excellent. A special mention to Riz, Maxton, Aaron, Waris, and Subhasish, who all went out of their way to look after us, even getting bananas and decaf coffee in for me the next day. Such great service! The pool area is lovely and relaxing, though it’s a shame the cushions have been removed from the wicker sunbeds — they’re now quite uncomfortable, and the wicker can nip your skin a bit. The rooms were lovely and clean, and the location is perfect for getting to the beach. We also had spa treatments — they were okay, but a bit inconsistent, as we both had the same treatment but very different experiences, so I’m not sure the therapists are fully trained. Overall, a lovely stay with great staff and a perfect location for a relaxing Goan getaway.

This was my second time to stay at this facility. Excellent Breakfast and Dinner package. Vast variety of food. Staff were excellent and took very good care of us at all times. Special mention to Frilia, Shruti, Nikita, Arun, Vaibhavi, Aaron, Sadie and all staff names I did not note, Also, special thanks to the Chefs who mingled with guests and offered to make anything special they like. Very much appreciated this service and it made all the difference during out stay. Kuddos to all Staff.

Bathroom - could definitely be cleaned better if perhaps there are spot checks after cleaning. Especially corners of the shower glass door.

We stayed here in September '24, along with our teenage sons, and we loved the property then. So, we came back again, this time with just two of us. A lot of the staff were the same as our last visit, and so they recognised us from our last visit. We went hiking in the Netravali forest for a day trip, and the hotel staff was kind enough to arrange for a picnic basket for us, on the house. We loved the location of the hotel. Overall, liked the property and would definitely be back again.

This has nothing to do with the property but more about the taxi mafia in Goa, which has always been a problem.

Perfect location, a few minutes walk to a fantastic clean long sandy beach. Breakfast buffet was extensive. Staff were all very friendly and polite. Nice spa( although needs soundproofing) Only disappointment was lack of an atmospheric bar to sit at and have a drink in the evening. There is a small pool bar but often too loud with live music to use as a place to sit and chat.

Lack of a nice bar area to sit in during the evening, no where to sit comfortably and have a drink and a chat after dinner. Spa needs better space, you can hear all the pool noise during the treatments.

Amazing! All the staff were professional,, polite and very accommodating. We celebrated our sons birthday there and they provided a cake and decorated an area of the restaurant for him. My mum was catered for really well, she doesn't eat onions or garlic, and the staff made sure she was informed of dishes that she could eat or dishes were specially prepared for her. We were there for New Years and it was an amazing atmosphere. The pool and poolside bar areas are fantastic. Staff and security always visible. A very short walk to the beach which is stunning - as you'd expect for Goa! I took mum for a massage which was superb, the ladies delivering this service are so polite and definitely know what they were doing! Loved this resort - thinking of coming back for Christmas one year!

It wasn't as close to the shops as we thought and most tuk tuks wouldn't take us from the shopping area to the Hotel as it was wasn't worth it for them, and we couldn't walk as we had elderly people within our party. Other than that - no complaints!
