- Standard rooms are smaller in size, just apt for couples - Expensive a la carte restaurant menu options

The following we liked during stay: 1) Closeness to Benaulim beach. 2) Friendliness & service of staff. 3) Flexible room cleaning timings. 4) Very comfortable shower & bed. 5) Very nice pool & bar. 6) Personal attention. Guest are not treated like a number.

The following we did not like during stay: 1) Hotel is not connected to beach. You have to leave the property for going to beach. It’s not a hotel “at the beach” but “near” to the beach. 2) We took 2 spa therapies of together 12,000 INR, but the massage was really not good at all. 3) Absence of hotel cab service. You have to negotiate with their outside partners which charge a little high for Indian standards. 4) Pool bar closes 8pm, which is way too early for a night with drinks.

This was my second time to stay at this facility. Excellent Breakfast and Dinner package. Vast variety of food. Staff were excellent and took very good care of us at all times. Special mention to Frilia, Shruti, Nikita, Arun, Vaibhavi, Aaron, Sadie and all staff names I did not note, Also, special thanks to the Chefs who mingled with guests and offered to make anything special they like. Very much appreciated this service and it made all the difference during out stay. Kuddos to all Staff.

Bathroom - could definitely be cleaned better if perhaps there are spot checks after cleaning. Especially corners of the shower glass door.

Perfect location, a few minutes walk to a fantastic clean long sandy beach. Breakfast buffet was extensive. Staff were all very friendly and polite. Nice spa( although needs soundproofing) Only disappointment was lack of an atmospheric bar to sit at and have a drink in the evening. There is a small pool bar but often too loud with live music to use as a place to sit and chat.

Lack of a nice bar area to sit in during the evening, no where to sit comfortably and have a drink and a chat after dinner. Spa needs better space, you can hear all the pool noise during the treatments.

Amazing! All the staff were professional,, polite and very accommodating. We celebrated our sons birthday there and they provided a cake and decorated an area of the restaurant for him. My mum was catered for really well, she doesn't eat onions or garlic, and the staff made sure she was informed of dishes that she could eat or dishes were specially prepared for her. We were there for New Years and it was an amazing atmosphere. The pool and poolside bar areas are fantastic. Staff and security always visible. A very short walk to the beach which is stunning - as you'd expect for Goa! I took mum for a massage which was superb, the ladies delivering this service are so polite and definitely know what they were doing! Loved this resort - thinking of coming back for Christmas one year!

It wasn't as close to the shops as we thought and most tuk tuks wouldn't take us from the shopping area to the Hotel as it was wasn't worth it for them, and we couldn't walk as we had elderly people within our party. Other than that - no complaints!

A small cosy but well laid out property with comfortable room and a great pool. Location is quiet and peaceful. The service is beyond excellence with very attentive and caring staff, especially at the restaurant. Pool is lovely and a great place to chill. It’s walking distance to the lovely and very clean beaches of South Goa. You can walk for miles along a lovely white coastline with very clean waters and fishing boats. The beach near the hotel is littered with beach restaurants or shacks that become very loud and noisy with music at night. Considering it was a quiet tourist season, the loud music and flashing lights from near-empty restaurants seemed unnecessary.

It’s not by the beach which is a 200m walk away across a small road and public carpark. Also, there are a lot of stray dogs on the street and the beach - not aggressive but watchful and possessive of their territory. The hotel has a taxi stand outside which charges exorbitant prices for rides compared to the GoaMiles ride app. Be sure to use the app instead and insist to hotel that your car be allowed into the hotel driveway, as the taxi stand may prevent the cars from entering. Also, note that the hotel WiFi blocks the app so you have to access the app on data.

The property is situated just at a 2 min walk from Benaulim Beach. The property is very well managed with an amazing outdoor pool. Their service is Top- Notch and they make sure to be as hospitable as possible. At every point of our stay we were asked if there was anything wrong and how they could improve. Their breakfast has ample options, from traditional indian breakfast to wide selection of fruits and salads.

The rooms are a little small for the price point and the TV's are not updated to support smart apps(Netflix, prime,etc.). I hope their interior designer can make some changes to make sure that rooms by the pool have direct access to the pool( The bushes outside the room don't allow that)

Biggest swimming pool in all hotels of South Goa, staff service, hospitality, food varieties in dinner/breakfast, Room upgrade for me w/o extra cost. Food tastes awesome.

Would be better - 1. Bed size should be King instead of Queen 2. The kids playing area should be bigger, it's too small to play indoors games. 3. Should have multiple beach shuttles, right now it's only one cart 4. Parking should have been within premises. 5. Absence of OTTs/YouTube on big TV screen. 6. Room size should have been bigger.

After a very long tiring journey to be greeted at reception with a clash of interest between booking.com and Fairfields policy of Complimentary Breakfast as per Guest information brochure. Received a very frosty welcome which was most upsetting. Overall an excellent stay overshadowed by this reception fiasco.

We really enjoyed our stay at Fairfield. Everything was great - check-in process, room, breakfast buffet with a lot of options, swimming pool & bar, spa, restaurant, staff & the shuttle for the beach.

There were 3 weddings in this hotel during the 7 days we stayed there and unfortunately we couldn't sleep for 2 nights in a row as some wedding guests were staying in the room next to ours and they partied in the balcony and hallway till 5am in the morning. Complaining to the reception did not help either!
