I think this is probably the best hotel in the area. Staff excellent and good security

It was very irritating to have loud music piped throughout the entire property most of the day. We didn't want to have our windows closed but it was the only way to keep the music out and even then, there were times when we could still hear it. It is absurd to force guests to listen to music in their rooms. Breakfast needs looking into. Apart from someone cooking eggs, the only concession to European food was baked beans and hash browns every day. There was no cereal of any kind and no yogurt. The hotel is not cheap so it is not reasonable to give guests the choice between free instant coffee and charging extra for ground coffee at $2.65

Cleanliness , location

Not allowed to dry beach clothes and swim wear outside our room . Not providing clothes rack for drying clothes . Very essential in a resort by a beach .

The staff were exceptional. Could not do enough for you, I really felt sorry for the staff as they had to deal with a lot of unnecessary demands of some of the local guests….. I could not praise the staff enough, out of all the hotels I stayed in India, the soul vacation staff were the best…. They understood customer service. Negatives. The toaster in the dining room really needs to be replaced. The pool chemical composition needs looking at as it just not right. Otherwise everything was as expected

A perfect family few days. Lovely connecting family suite by the gorgeous, peaceful pool. The tropical gardens and small, and so well kept. Staff are incredible! So kind, and attentive. Excellent service! Thé food is incredible, enjoyed every meal. You are in the sweet little tourist village right by the beach. It is just a few mins walk along the road. Not too busy, but enough to take in local life.beach lovely sad and sunsets.

The property was maintained nicely in soothing theme and lush greenery. Good ambience around the pool, bar, etc. and quite close to Colva beach. Check-in/Check-out was a breeze. Very good restaurant within the facility, managed by a young enthusiastic team ( Max, Jason, Tyron, Savio) and extremely good chefs (Sudip and Parimal). Overall a great facility to relax and unwind!

We had a twin room with 2 large beds which was quite tight for comfort. One bathroom between 4 persons also is a challenge at times.

Outdoor setting, perfect apartment for a family with total 7 , pool is nice

The non stop repeated music played from morning to night is a nuisance, we have been to many pool facing apartments around the world, but this places plays music non stop same songs and at a high volume. the staff was very kind to stop it when we requested. Thanks for taking our feedback

We stayed in the three bedroom villa and it was a lovely big space with a sit out area on the first and a living room on the ground floor. The breakfast was fresh and tasty. The ayurvedic massage and steambox was excellent. The place was quiet and clean and hardly 10 minutes walk from a very clean beach which has lots of shacks and food options.

Everything was good

Very good stay with kids. The pool is nice and clean, the palmtrees provide good cover from the sun. Everything was clean and security was on the front door.Breakfast has different kind of Indian dishes but also cereal. Short walk to Beach through alleyway. There is also great restaurant Boomerang with great owner working behind the bar. Great quality food.

The breakfast selection was fantastic. Every day was something different and tasty. The food was amazing. The pool was nice and clean. The rooms were large and spacious. We had 3 bedrooms. Perfect for my family of 5. It was literally 5 mins from the beach. The staff were all fantastic and couldn't do enough to make you have a pleasant stay. The Kare Spa was brilliant. I had a massage every day. Everything was brilliant.

The pool needs a little upkeep. It's nice and clean, just needs a little maintenance. Maybe to have some clothes drying racks in the rooms to dry swimming costumes. Check the remotes for the AC's and some did not work but we used the fans instead. Wifi was very bad I'm afraid. BUT the team did give us unlimited data sims which made up for it.

Internet connection was quite slow and the morning entertainment a bit too loud for guests that prefer sleeping in
