Beachside nice well maintained property with quality tourists.

Nothing of the sort. But just a caution that while entering the first beachside shack named SEASHELL owned by some SHANKAR BORA must not be visited by tourists. The shack is not safe as the staff and owner are drug addicts and often misbehave and even their service is very poor and food is pathetic. Be careful while going to beach.

- Expansive greenery, huge lawns - Access to clean beach - Staff is diligent and courteous. - Quiet location, ideal for families and relaxing - Special kudos to aloma and saaish, Veena in reservations, rupesh and team in dining, mubarak, rehman and salzan in housekeeping.

- Family rooms look old and urgently need refurbishing - Rooms were costly compared to the look and feel, no carpeting etc. Very ordinary. - The water slide was out of action for the child, due to renovation work. - We fell sick with stomach flu due to the swimming pool water. As it was a crowded time, more cleaning and chlorination is needed for pool and jacuzzi. - Food is average in taste and costly. The restaurant is not able to successfully manage food quality, taste and goes wrong with basic stuff too if there is a large number of customers in the hotel. - Very limited options in vegetarian food.

Hotel has good location - it stands on Utorda beach, has large and beautiful territory. There is a large pool, enough sun-beds are nearby. Personnel is very friendly, provides good cleaning and room-service.

A lot of weddings and other events are held in the hotel, therefore, sometimes it is noisy. Internet connection is unstable.

A Heroic Stay at Kenilworth Resort & Spa – Where the Property and the People Shine Equally From the moment we stepped into Kenilworth Resort & Spa, we knew we were in for something truly special. The property is a hero in itself – beautifully maintained, thoughtfully designed, and ideally located with direct access to the beach and water sports. But what made our stay unforgettable were the people. From the front desk to housekeeping, from restaurants like Palms and Salute to the ever-cheerful poolside team – everyone played a starring role in making our holiday memorable. We were warmly welcomed by Alexis and Hasan, whose hospitality set the tone for our entire stay. Later, Kaitey went above and beyond by upgrading our room to a suite and constantly checking in to ensure everything was perfect. Her kindness and attention to detail made us feel truly cared for. One of the highlights of our trip was dinner at Salute, where Soumyajit turned the evening into a celebration with a delicious Italian spread and heartfelt service. At the pool, Alok made sure everything ran smoothly – whether it was offering a towel, a drink, or just a warm, friendly conversation. A special shout-out to Goma, Amarjit and the entire staff who contributed to the flawless experience. The breakfast buffet was expansive and carefully curated. And just when you think, “I’ve got two hands full but would love to pick up that one more thing,” someone from the team would appear with a smile, ready to help. That kind of thoughtfulness was everywhere. The resort’s spa and wellness facilities were peaceful and rejuvenating – a perfect retreat in themselves. With direct access to the beach, and all the amenities within walking distance, it’s one of those rare places where you truly don’t feel the need to leave the property unless you want to.

The expansive swimming pool is the highlight of the property. It might as well be the biggest pool I have been to in Goa yet. If you have kids they would love the slides in the pool and the game room etc. The property has good facilities and the photos do justice to what we finally are greeted with. The beach is a 2 mins walk.

Overall the staff is courteous and cooperative. We had requested for a late checkout as we were a family of 10 people with kids and the staff were slightly rigid about giving us the late checkout. The rooms are ok can do with some renovation. The roof was leaking in one of our rooms. The cost of in room dining menu is slightly on the higher side. They even charge you for cycles. Some of the facilities to enjoy the property should be given as part of the packages they offer.

Facilities Gym, Pool, exceptional Breakfast, comfortable Room with excellent view of ocean as requested. Excellent and helpful staff not able to fault except for wedding party noise nothing done.

Wedding party that went on till 4 Am in the morning excessive noise and disturbance staff and management did nothing, Total rip off Taxi prices that hotel provides as a service so obviously takes a cut. Would like to add that I was told by staff over 30 weddings are booked for the coming year so beware when booking you could also have the experience we had.

The room size was decent, breakfast was good, and some of the pools were out of action due to maintenance. Right on the beach front. Appreciate the hotel dropping us to the resort next door as they didn't have a vacancy for us for additional nights we wanted to stay.

Very nice and modern hotel. Rooms are spacious and clean. Breakfast is very good.

The fact that one part of the pool as well as some buildings were being renovated => noise and half of the pool only. This should be mentioned when you book as this type of renovation is anticipated.

We had a fantastic midweek stay. Good for family stay. Quiet surroundings. + Nice swimming pool with pool bar. My son loved the slider. Always enough seats. + Spatious family room. Comfort sleeping. Good shower and bath room facilities. + Good food and service in restaurants, especially in the Palms. Good spread in buffet breakfast and buffet dinner. Enjoyed live music in evening. In Kai also good diner food but service significant slower. + Nice Spa facilities, but bit slower than expected in treatments. + Fast access to cabs. + Helpful staff overall.

+Rooms were clean but few remarks: - bed sheets clean but few nights we had they were worn out (holes) - when walking with bare feet on room floor, they get black +Wifi coverage good but not strong/stable enough always for (video) calls. They were working on it. + Direct access to beach, however almost fully occupied by shacks. We also saw some loose dogs.

Kenilworth Staff were very accommodating and responsive with things that needed resolving or mending. They were also family friendly bringing meals to the room at no charge for infants.

- Unfortunately when we stayed there was renovation works going around the hotel which was noisy. We could not use our balcony due to the dust and noise. In general the property and facilities, need A LOT of TLC. - The children's facility was an old bar with games throughout but worn down, the wooden flooring was chipped and a potential hazard for children. - The food at Kenilworth was the biggest let down compared to other 5 star facilities. The food was on the expensive side with breakfast being limited and it was clear that the chef took 'shortcuts' when serving dishes. On many occasions. we were served incorrect dishes, then staff tried to convince us 'that is how it is' but after pushing for a change the dish was changed out.
