I only spent one night at Treehouse and I only have good things to say, the Manager was more than helpful when I arrived and needed some passports photos, those things can be difficult if you are stuck and don’t know where to go. The room was clean and comfortable, the shower was hot and the water free flowing, the room was big, comfortable bed, really good air con, kettle and tea/coffee and all that within 10 minutes walk of a lovely quiet beach, fantastic supermarket and a short journey from the airport – highly recommend, nothing was too much trouble for the staff.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Treehouse Nova, and I can't say enough good things about it. The rooms were spacious, impeccably clean, and beautifully decorated. What truly stood out, however, was the exceptional service. The staff, from the front desk to the housekeeping team, were all incredibly friendly, attentive, and helpful.

Need to improve food taste, change some utensils in room like shower and alignment of basin pot.

The staff is extremely kind and friendly and prompt. Mr Mishra, the manager and Ms Valifa at the reception, were exceptionally nice, kind, and helpful! The staff makes up for whatever else the hotel lacks. Rooms are very nice and clean.

Food is very mediocre, and the rooms don't the greatest views!

The property itself exuded charm and elegance, with tastefully decorated rooms that offered a peaceful haven for rest and relaxation. Location was perfect to walk to the beach from the hotel. The staff was friendly and accommodating and the room itself was a good size and clean. Good value for money.

The aircon kept misbehaving which was annoying. And I gave up on the local TV; the connections didn't seem to work. But neither issue was a dealbreaker.

A lovely stay in a friendly hotel. Our room was a good size with a balcony. The bathroom a little small but the shower was amazing. The staff were helpful & smiley. The manager was always available & anxious to make sure we had everything we needed. We enjoyed walking to the beach which took 15 minutes & ate at the Starfish beach shack. Great service & food.

Friendly and accomodating staff. Mr. Mishra, a manager at the hotel will always check on us to ensure we are well taken care off. Food is something which pleased me here and would recommend guests to try their dinner menu available. The staff also made sure to cater to a special diet request made and I am greatful.

The staff were amazing. Especially, Staff by name Felcy was very courteous and took great care of us. Felcy is a SUPERSTAR. Other staff members like Sujan, Bijoy and chef were also very good. The rooms are good and spacious.

The seating area for breakfast doesn't have enough space so it gets very crowded if you go after 9:30. Plan it accordingly. Also, breakfast varieties are very less but whatever they make is good.

The staff was very friendly, couteous and helping. Location was fine near Arrosim beach

There was mismatch between our expectation and reality in game room. There was an area with a small table tennis and a carom board. Car park area was very small and difficult to park the vehicle

Staff was very sweet and friendly, it felt like a family business where you had personal relationships with them. They were always smiley and willing to help us. Walking distance from the beach, quiet neighbourhood.

There was some noise from the passing trains at times.
