The staff were very helpful and attentive, The food was delicious at all the restaurants including in-room dining. Even though it was raining our whole stay, we managed to have a lovely time. The spa treatments were also great.

It would have been nice if the ATM in the hotel was working instead of having to leave the property for cash, especially during the rain.

There were marriages on both nights when I was staying there with a lot of loud music. It would be nice if the other guests are alerted if there is a wedding taking place so we can decide whether to stay or not.

Fantastic resort with great facilities. Impressive rooms with interesting layouts and features. Really friendly staff who would stop and chat in passing around the resort or during meal times. Huge swimming pools and a short walk to the beach. Beach was lovely and quiet around the hotel and Aaron's beach shack was a good to visit just on the beach outside the resort. Good facilities around the resort including gym and spa and a range of different restaurants.

Food included in the half-board package was only available from one restaurant and in buffet style. The food in there was really nice and great range of food but we initially thought more restaurants would have been included - probably missed it written somewhere. That being said, being able to choose lunch or evening meal at the buffet was a good option provided by the resort

Customer service could improve. The staff was clearly ovehelmed. Sent multiple emails to reservations but got no response. Similarly concierge staff was overwhelmed with multiple events happening at the same time. No one answered the phone for hours. Breakfast buffet service could not keep up with the volumes of people- glasses, plates and bowls would not be restocked in time. Had to request for these multiple times.

Great beachfront property, among of the absolute best in south Goa. Very good quality service, free meals for our 3y old daughter and very courteous staff who are ready to make the stay really comfortable at all times. Arossim beach really among the most widest, calmest and cleanest stretches, giving ample opportunity for all beach activities, including early morning run on the hard, wet sand. Multiple cuisines available, including a really nice Goan cuisine restaurant, which was among the best meals we had. An absolute 10/10 experience for our family.

The property is vast, spread over 40+ acres and has easy access to the beach. The rooms are nicely planned and offer good views of the greenery around. Taking a walk around the property was the best experience for us. Kids had a great time at Ollie’s Club, the staff at the club were very interactive and good with the kids. They really kept the kids engaged with activities. The breakfast was a good spread of mixed cuisines and we enjoyed some of the South Indian delicacies. Mr. Ajay and Mr. Rohit from the F&B and their team took good care of us. Indoor Games area has air hockey, table tennis and pool table. We spent some amount of time here. The outdoor games area for kids also was good to keep the kids occupied for sometime. The walk near the beach everyday in the evenings was also a good experience for us. We managed to see a few crabs, starfish and 1 jelly fish. Also rode on a jet ski. True to the quote at the Ollie’s club “let those who visit us as guests leave as friends”, my Kids were sad on the day of check out.

Combination of food in the Asian cuisine needs a relook, we would’ve been happier if you had some better options.

The resort was clean and staff were friendly. All our requests were taken care of. I would recommend staying here - the property is large, spreadout, lots of flora and fauna and faces the beach. If you are looking to relax and calm your mind, this is the place to be.

The location is distant from major hubs so you can't really explore around the area by walking. I did know this when booking the property but leaving this comment on here for those that don't know.

The staff! Wonderful helpful staff. Chef Riju, the Chef from Lucknow who specialises in Biryanis, restaurant staff Amalan, Deepak, Mhabpe, Abhishek x 2, Tirtha, Ajay, Aftab, Daryl, and the whole team at the restaurant Pavilion. Superb staff and great food. We were on full board. Housekeeping staff Ramesh, Ramla and their team and Pool staff Ramesh and team. Miss Roshni, Ushmita are wonderful and do their best to keep the guests happy. Pool is excellent! Pool view room is nice for kids, easy access. Laundry service js excellent.

Initially I was offered an old room in the corner which was a Park Hyatt standard room category. It had seepage a d tacky furniture. Once I complained that it was not the premier category I booked, they moved me to another room. But that room had a drainage problem. Again we were shifted and moved to a pool room. It also had flush and drainage problem but then it was quickly fixed. In general the wear and tear is a lot, but the maintenance staff and housekeeping staff do their best to help out. Soft Drinks should be included in full board.

The hotel is a must visit. It’s location right at the beach. The beach is clean. The staff is very polite and the hospitality is top notch. Highly recommend. Matches the ITC standard of service. Food is upto the standards and it’s delicious (except deserts, they lacked variety and was okay ish in taste)

I felt the property could be more lit in some areas. It’s a subjective, but I thought some areas could have more lights. Buffet lacked deserts options. I felt it should have had more options. Taste of deserts was okay.
