Beautiful restful place near the beach, wonderful sunsets. Clean and friendly hotel.

It is difficult to leave the property to explore the area. The taxis at the front of the hotel are part of a cartel and they actively prevent other taxi drivers coming in- literally, blocking the road and give a threat of beatings and demanding money- a real problem at this hotel. if you want to go any where off the hotel premises these taxi drivers charge an exorbitant rate. About four times the price of a normal taxi. It is Very frightening to witness and feeling of being unsafe, makes me not want to return to this area.

Located in the quiet part of south goa, has access to beautiful clean beach. Loved the small boutique feel. Was within 30min of leisure drive from airport. Clean and well staffed. Loved the service, special thanks to the Manager Narendra, Vilitha at front desk, Sherwin at pool bar. The service was good, response was always quick. The inroom dining and restaurant had a good selection and food was very good. They advised us on pairings and portion sizes so avoiding ordering extra. Very helpful and courteous. Breakfast selection was varied and changed everyday. They were happy to arrange special food and takeaway containers for families with little children and senior citizens. I loved it and will come again soon with family. When I lost my earring, the staff & manager tried their best to help. Taxis and tours can be arranged from front desk. Pool was clean and had pool toys for children. Pool bar had plenty choice and reasonably priced.

I loved the breakfast and dinner experience at Chutneys. The food was amazing and the staff were fabulous especially Twilo, Avinash, Terence, Farhan and everyone. I enjoyed the live entertainment every evening. Anne and her team took care of all the minor details. My flight arrived at 4.15 am and the hotel gave me an early check-in at no extra cost! Really appreciate that. The food at Mama Miso was great too. Had some unique and refreshing cocktails at Blue lagoon. Will be visiting this place again and again.

The hotel is beautifully maintained, spotlessly clean, and surrounded by a serene, picturesque setting that offers pure relaxation from the moment you arrive. The location is perfect—peaceful yet well-connected to explore the surrounding area. What truly made the stay exceptional was the super supportive personnel. The staff went above and beyond to ensure that every need was met with care and efficiency. The combination of the stunning property, excellent service, and peaceful atmosphere makes this hotel a perfect choice for anyone looking to unwind and recharge. Without a doubt, I will always choose Heritage Village Resort & Spa for my future stays. Highly recommended!

This is a wonderful hotel. A welcomed greeting on arrival, friendly staff and delicious food and drink - what more could you want? Has access to a private beach a 5 minute walk away. Here you can watch the beautiful sunsets. If you fancy doing some shopping then I would recommend you hire a scooter or car. The taxi services outside the hotel are over priced and out to catch tourists. Bare in mind this hotel is located a bit further away from towns etc. However there are two local shops just outside the hotel with basic items. The bed was super comfortable. The pool is heated and is simply divine. Food each night was amazing at the buffet. We also ate at Mama Miso and Bonita. Bonita has exceptional food! Looking forward to returning here already!

Great hotel. Great staff. Great hotel meals. More than great swimming pool kept absolutely clean don't know how they do it. Great reception assistant Velita Vaz who greeted us with a great welcome, ensured we were happily looked after during our stay and gave a good farewell on our leaving day. BalKrishna dining room assistant and the head chef looked out for our Swaminarayan meals which excludes onion and garlic. In fact the whole kitchen dining room staff ensured our religious demands was fully met. Really enjoyed the stay at this hotel and will be for sure visit again in the future. Also will defo recommend this hotel to my friends and family.

Bathroom amenities where not fully stocked on arrival but when requested it was immediately provided.

I had the most incredible stay at this stunning Heritage Village resort! The resort’s amenities are exceptional – the pool is pristine, the Spa offers rejuvenating treatments in a tranquil setting, and the beach is spotless. The staff deserves a special mention – always courteous, attentive, and eager to ensure every guest has a memorable experience. They went above and beyond, offering personalized recommendations for local attractions and organizing activities like sunset walk and beach yoga. Whether you’re looking for a romantic getaway, a family vacation, or a solo retreat, this resort is the perfect destination. I can’t wait to return to this slice of paradise!

There is a great ambience at the hotel with all staff very welcoming. The breakfasts were good with a wide selection and variety of foods. The A la carte meals in Mama Miso and Chutney were superb and thanks to Aloysius and Cebern for their excellent service. The beach was amazing but very quiet and was a short walk from the hotel. However, we took full advantage of the free buggy service to the beach as the temperature was in the mid thirties. The beach has a beach bar close to where you enter the beach from the hotel. The pool was clean and the surrounding layout of the sunbeds near to the pool and in the gardens were very attractive. We also enjoyed the swim-up bar.

My wife and I opted for the room, breakfast and dinner option but due to our personal preferences and the quality and relatively cheap price of the A la carte meals in the restaurants we would only book the room with breakfast option the next time we visit. The hotel is quite isolated but there are a couple of stores nearby but with limited products. On learning that the hotel has music every night, which can be loud, we requested a quiet room and Ann was very helpful in arranging this for us.

The staff was super helpful, Velita, Nelza, Ann and Salomi. They made my day. I had a very nate night flight and was travelling from North Goa airport, with my daughter and they just extended my stay in the same room. It was a kind gesture .Hats off to the patience from Velita and Nelza in every way. They made me comfortable and at home. Told me about places I can drive with my daughter.

Only thing, you need to improve is house keeping! The staff is laid back and kept missing sand things everyday
