Our stay at this beautiful beachside wellness center and resort in Gokarna was nothing short of magical. The resort is a true haven for nature and wellness enthusiasts, rooms and structures thoughtfully designed with natural laterite walls and open courtyards that blend seamlessly with the environment. One of the standout features is the serene lake in front of the rooms, a testament to the resort's commitment to water harvesting practices. The food here is a delight, curated with Ayurvedic principles in mind. The vegetarian dishes, made from local produce, were both healthy and incredibly tasty. For those who enjoy seafood, the fish prepared in local cuisine is a must-try. Wellness is a priority at this resort, with a meditation hut and yoga center offering regular sessions. The spa is a highlight, providing excellent massages and treatments in a beautiful setting. We also tried our hands at some pottery. The resort's prime location right on the beach is its crowning glory. The beach is private and uncrowded, perfect for a peaceful, slow-paced retreat. If you're looking to unwind and enjoy a tranquil beachside experience, this resort comes highly recommended.

Every detail in Swaswara is a product of love and devotion to the earth and all dwellers. We received a warm welcome and were shown to our awesome (in the true meaning of the word!) villa. The whole resort is breathtakingly beautiful and the villa is more than we could have dreamed of. Everything is kept very clean and fresh by a smiley team. The activities were offered by highly skilled professionals. The restaurant and kitchen is offering the most delicious and well balanced healthy dishes. The restaurant team is AMAZING (thanks so much guys!) **We stayed for 3 nights only and sadly didn't experience the various Ayurvedic programs. We'll definitely be back for those!!! Shop: fantastic quality and beautiful items. We bought quite a lot. Swimming pool - BIG. Very wide and long. We've had it mostly to ourselves and from time to time with a couple of other guests. Completely spoiled! Beach- 5min walk on the leafy grounds and we are at Om beach. Such a beautiful unique beach. Clean and peaceful. We highly recommend this resort

It’s tucked away. You don’t need to get out to be occupied. It’s instantly soothing. And the activities like art, yoga, meditation across the day are lovely. They even have a library where you can just curl up and read a book!

The food. It can be much much better and more flavourful. Moreover the phone and kettle weren’t working in our room. The staff more than made up for it with timely intervention, but when you’re paying so much, you expect the basics to be intact.

Location ,ambience ,clean & with nature

Food quality was good,but vegetarian food with limited choice also being a wellness their preperation is different . So my suggestion is if people are going for holiday and foodie they should not visit this place. But Om beach is 250 mts from property & entry to the beach is from property itself. If you have love for nature it is the best place to visit

We loved the peace and tranquility, the helpfulness and friendlessness of staff..particularly the waiter pranay, the cook for his demonstrations.. shivanand,and the lovely pool man. The pool was great. Enjoyed the yoga and aqua yoga, cookery demos, room was lovely.

Loved the snacks but timing is wrong if you are going to do yoga at 5. Please serve at 4 and not 4.30. The menu was rather limited..you need some lighter lunchtime snacks or salads.. not the same menu as the evening. Could have had the massage treatment menu in the room and the ayurvedic consultation was a bit meaningless.

We loved the space, the easy access to the beach, and the excellent team who helped us during our stay. Our room was very comfortable, and we were very happy with the seamless check in procedure.

The restaurant could have more choices in the menu. And while the dishes we ordered were pretty good, we felt that the food could be a little more diverse and better in comparison to our stay at the Marari Beach CGH property where the food was truly excellent.

Fabulous rooms and grounds . Staff were so helpful and caring . Set in huge grounds with direct access to arguably the best beach in India . Om Beach. Huge pool . Loved the afternoon tea and the massages were first class . Will come back .

They do sell wine with the meal but not beer .

We had a wonderful stay at Swasara. Right from the check in to the demonstration of the facilities in the room and to checkout, everything was very professionally managed. The villa itself is out of the world, lots of open spaces to relax and a very nice bedroom. The staff is excellent, very courteous and take care of all your needs. Restaurant is good, they have limited choices but i think it was sufficient. The food was excellent. Lastly not to forget the Ayurveda massage center. Like everything else in Swasara, this is also well managed.

The wellness program food was q little difficult to get used to buy after some feedback the staff made changes and got us better food

The staff are very helpful. The property is very clean and the swimming pool is exceptional. A very relaxing experience.

Food is not very varied but understand that it is a wellness resort.
