The breakfast spread was quite elaborate. The food variety and preparation was very good. Chef Anil made special effort to make our family happy on the occasion of the milestone 90th birthday of our mother. We also spent good amount of family time in the 12th Floor Lounge at the Hotel, where we were very well looked after by the Lounge Manager, Ms.Ashi Mathur. Ms.Ashi has a very pleasing personality and she efficiently took care of our requests. We really enjoyed the lounge facilities at the Hotel.

The pancake and maple counter did not come up to our expectations

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Crowne Plaza Greater Noida, and it was an outstanding experience from start to finish. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warm hospitality and seamless check-in, setting the tone for a wonderful stay. The staff went above and beyond to make my stay memorable. Their professionalism, friendliness, and willingness to assist with every request made me feel valued as a guest. Special mention to the concierge team for their local recommendations! Though located in Greater Noida, the hotel offers a peaceful escape from the city’s hustle while still being well-connected to key business hubs and attractions. The transportation services provided made commuting hassle-free.

Everything about the hotel. From the facilities to the staff is just exceptional. I requested a late check out until 2pm this was approved immediately and was informed to me. Very good spread on the breakfast buffet. From Indian to Chinese to Korean and the standard American spread. I used their in room dining facility and the gym which was also very good. Gym is a fully equipped one with a trainer. Staff is very polite, friendly and helpful. I can recommend the hotel to anyone.

I tried to use their spa service during my stay as the rates were reasonable but they never answered or neither when i visited the spa to make an appointment there was no one even though i stayed back for around 15 mins. Honestly this was the only down turn about this hotel.

Breakfast was really great, ample of variety , had dinner at the indian restaurant and the butter chicken was awesome, however it would be great if the restaurant can give some kind of tit bits once u sit at the table, bit expensive but you would expect that at a 5 star premises.

Well the Bar was empty no music nothing hardly any crowd, worst part is that bar was missing draught Beer, which to be honest is a very rare thing at a 5 star premises, Although it was available the next day, bit far form Airport but my purpose was to stay closer to the event.

The staff was exceptional and upgraded us because we were there to celebrate my parents' anniversary. They decorated the room with flowers and gave a complimentary cake as well which was very kind of them to do. The food was really good across cuisines - Indian, Chinese and Italian. The breakfast spread was massive and truly worth spending 3 hours at. The spa was also very good - with well trained therapists who know exactly what to do. The pool is relaxing and with the 5 jacuzzi spots it is perfect.

The location is a bit odd. the map takes you to the back entrance and doesn't bring you via the main road so that needs to be improved. From the main road side it is fine. The outside of the hotel is a rather stark contrast to the opulence that lies within which is a tad dystopian.

I liked how they manage breakfast buffet, even the go to boxes for guests who would leave before the meal times. The team was generous enough to get my preference when preparing my go to box, rather than jistnpack some pastries.

Its not a complaint but rather a comment on the only thing I had a concern. Its tye bath rub. Unfortunately it was not properly closing so couldn't be filled to the top to jave a proper bath.

The stay was comfortable. Since I was there to celebrate the birthday at the time of check in they upgraded my room to a suite at a very minimal price. Also as per their policy, they provided the complimentary cake.

I booked the dinner and the breakfast buffet. The footfall for dinner was not that much, hence the staff’s were not that interested and food choices were also not up to the mark. However the breakfast spread was good and staff’s were checking on you for any problems.

All things are better, very relaxed and fully satisfied feelings, great coordination and supportive staff like that ,neha , sutapa .hemant and Aman , thankful to all staaf , better carring and good behaviour to all staaf , i enjoyed my stay . Everything is fine and ok , nothing create this type situation, all things very good.

Clean and safe, which are two of my priorities Restaurants, bars are available on site, good food and large choice Av real five star hotel, be careful, you get sometimes big surprises with hotels in India pretending to be five stars that would not get one star in Europe

Price may change according to affluence, can be three times more if hotel full, But value for money
