The hotel is in a walkable location to gondola. Rooms are super warm. We visited in snowing time where 4pm temperature is 0 degree. The entire hotel is kept warm from the reception area. We were treated with welcome drinks upon arrival. Neat and comfy rooms. Best views are on the entrance side of the hotel. Staff are good. Couldn't add photos here but I recommend this stay for couples and family.

Food in the restaurant can be better. Dining experience was not that great mainly on taste. We missed the breakfast buffet so no comments on that.

It has a good location, just a walking distance from Gandola station. There are few hotels nearby, so , you can easily walk about even when it gets dark. Everyone, right from the front desk staff to the bellboy, everyone are polite , courteous, helpful, friendly. I had traveled with my daughter and the hotel is a safe place to stay . The rooms are good , bathroom is spacious, there’s hot water 24/7. There’s a good heater in the room which runs from 3 pm to 8 pm ( that’s sufficient) . The windows are large. The TV has Tata sky. The views are not so great as there are neighbouring hotels. There’s a large common balcony and sit out. The breakfast was good. Room service, excellent. Overall a very good place. I would recommend it for fellow travellers, and would definitely visit again.

Here, only most important point is all the staffs are super helpful, friendly, nice behavior and most importantly they always tried to make me more happy. Thank you for that. But interns of money it's not that level. it is super clean, good location, nice ambience but too costly comparing to other options. only disappointing there breakfast items are not that rich. card machine also not working here, only you have to pay by Indian rupi. Also they don't have any transfer system. overall this is a nice stay with good staffs but if you value with the money, it was not meet my expectation.

We loved the hospitality, service, facilities, promptness, food, cleanliness in fact everything. It was a wonderful stay. We strongly recommend visiting here. Excellent

WiFi network was weak.

The hotel location is at the centre for the sightseeing points. It was easy to cover all the places from here. The room amenities were good, the washroom was clean and the balcony view was pleasing. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Room service was also quite good 👍

The food needs improvement. Among the hotels of Srinagar, Gulmarg and pahalgam this was the last in food taste ranking.

Vary nice hotel to stay in Gulmarg.there is so many reason like location walk away from kondolla drive,mountain view ice,food and breakfast is excellent.

Terrific hotel located at a 10 min walk from the gondola station.Will save you the expense of hiring ponies. Food and breakfast were delicious. Heating in the room was great too.
