We took a family room with 2 bedrooms. It was excellent. Very comfortable. The food was very good and a good selection. The staff were extremely polite and helpful.

The hot water ran out every morning by the time all the family members finished their baths. The beds were a bit too soft and saggy.. This may be our special condition but we prefer more firmer mattresses

My mum and I stayed at Shaw Inn for 3 nights. We received wonderful service at all touch points - F&B, Front Desk, Housekeeping. It was my first time in Kashmir, and both my mum and I throughly enjoyed the conversations we had with the staff. A special mention: - Front Desk: Danish and Ilyas. They went out of their way to cater to our requirements - F&B: Mohin, Tauseef, and Iqbal for their 7 star service. Truly exceptional! - Housekeeping: Showkat, and the team for their efficiency We take back happy memories with us. Thank you

It's a really really good hotel. Gondola ropeway is just 6-7 mins walk from the property. Staff are too good too.

There is an agent for car present at the hotel. That guy charges X3 more money. He charged us Rs. 4,500 which was not worth more than 1,000. The hotel staff is just mum on that. They should not let any vehicle agent be around the property. The hotel should put a board for, A. Contact details of a few DIFFERENT vehicle agents. B. A negotiated rate chart for different sights. That will prove that the hotel is not involved in this bad thing.

The room size is smaller than expected. The view from the window was expected to be of the hills but it faced other hotels. The pricing of overall all hotels in Gulmarg is very expensive. But the overall experience was great at the hotel. No complaints

Very cozy, stylish and well maintained hotel, nice rooms with typical Kashmiri ceilings etc. Perfect service, friendly staff and delicious food. Close to the gondola - only 5 mins. walk or few seconds ski ride.

when we stayed at the the Shaw Inn, the property was just near completion of major renovations (as we were told), in preparation of the upcoming season. therefore, things were a new, but also came with their set of problems. for example, the toilet wasn’t functioning properly, the fridge and heater needed to be installed, we had to be moved onto another room etc.

The stay in Gulmarg was beautiful, and we truly enjoyed the food and hospitality. Looking forward to visiting again someday!

Property was located in a peaceful area, away from the hussle & bussle of the normal tourist area. It had a lovely front lawn area to relax. The staff were friendly and welcoming

For the breakfast would be nice more fruits

The location, The staff, the arrangement. Danish was lovely and the way they made my 40th birthday memorable was classic with the arrangements and the music.
