I went to this same hotel several times already and it fits well my needs. As European guy, I would not necessarily recommend this hotel to a European person which is visiting India for the first time. The arrangement of the rooms around the patio is particularly giving a nice environment.

Sometimes, the people there are not able to understand English and it is difficult to get what you want even with some basics of Hindi. However the reception is always able to make the interface.

I loved the atmosphere, decor and the room was really comfortable. The cafe staff were really friendly and the food was good, especially the pakora. The ping pong table was an added bonus! Loved the free tea,coffee and water facilities!

Our check-in was a little awkward. We checked in online then had to do it all again when we arrived and didn’t get a great welcome.

Food was the highlight, Chef Harish chandra was very consistent with his preparation of food. Polite staff in cafe was added advantage. Overall stay was good and exceeded expectations.

The staff were very accommodating and friendly, the hotel is really comfortable, airy and full of greenery. The online assistant is very convenient to use if you need anything. The location was ideal for getting to and from the airport.

There was no tulsi tea this time:(

Bloom Boutique is the perfect place for the price sensitive traveler coming to Gurgaon. The staff is courteous and super helpful. The facilities are just right for a budget friendly property. Strongly recommend for a business traveler.

The location is a bit isolated. The breakfast is quite repetitive for someone who stays for a longer period of time. The bed is a spring bed which may not be best for people with a weak back.

The breakfast could not be a bit more! There should be 1/2 more items in Non veg category. The types of juices should be changed every day. The coffee machine is not working though it is there! There should be combo meals for Solo travellers. The hot water is very intermittent - does not come when needed the most. The property/or for that matter any property should have mentioned about renovations/painting of walls before so that the guest is aware and not shocked when he arrives there!

Effort to make a eco-friendly green ambiance. Common location of tea/coffee on each floor.

Large room, tiny n safe openable windows, enough surfaces to unpack n keep things. Love the property with a courtyard n wide corridors !

Only the ultra soft mattress was a pain. The shower needed maintenance but i guess we saw some Grohe fixtures delivered next day. Minor I'd say

It was really quiet and comfortable. Clean rooms and good services. Very friendly staff. And very nice courtyard.

We stayed in 113 and view from the room was just garbage thrown around a very badly maintained garden. Views can be improved.
