Loved how central it was, and close to the airport. Loved how great the rooms were. Clean, new and updated. Good design elements. Staff were so friendly. Check-in, we had some issues, charging my usual credit card (where I carry my miles). Staff had given me an upgrade. Big room and great shower! Restaurant staff were so friendly- special shout out to Tannu and the other two gents, who served at the buffet. Buffet was good value. Mahesh bhai, who helped me with my bags, showed me a shortcut, which gave me access to restaurants behind the property as well.

Light switches (this is a ubiquitous problem for western travelers. I had to request staff to come up and help figure out master switches by the bed side. Charging stations weren’t working and it was a complex mix of master switch by the bedside. Could be labeled better for the next time.

The staff are wonderful! The food is amazing - both the breakfast and evening dinner buffet. Location is good - lots of small restaurants and bars around. Clos(er) to the airport but right in the heart of Gurugram. The room size was very spacious and comfortable. The staff packed breakfast for an early morning flight. Very nicely done. Appreciated.

The Room says Executive but it's actually quite small, we were miss guided as to how it's been marketed on Booking.com, it's a 4 star property and the room changes are also not less they are well above and in the range of what we would pay in other 5 star properties. Apart from how it has been marketed and us not finding the room to our expectations, rest was all good

check out time staff who checked the room was weird calling reception that I have eaten chocolate so need to pay which really surprised me because I don’t eat sugar so no way of eating chocolate just a bite and keep back in the fridge which I wanted to share with people who thinking of staying here better check your room fridge like actually I did because wanted to drink beer which is in the menu but could not find in the fridge so 100% checked and saw the picture but onc you checked out staff said sir please pay for chocolate that had been eaten like bite. 1st time in my life time traveled almost around the world but had really bad experience in a 5 star hotel like Raddison sector 29 Gurgaon which I will never ever forget in life time

Room was spacious. I stayed in 1008 and it was overall good.

Food was not so good as expected from a hotel of this stature. Plumbing work of bidet was on the wrong side because of which it was difficult to use it. Bathroom fittings and switch boards were loose and made me extremely cautious while using them that it should not break.

The ambience was amazing. My sister and me stayed at the property for 6 nights and had a wonderful experience. The staff was courteous and very thoughtful. On Indian Independence Day, they had a cute decorated plate placed in our room. On the last day of our trip, they bid farewell to us with a delicious pastry and a cute message The food is great and the rooms are very comfortable. Highly recommend it.

Poor tech knowledge of the TV guy. Unable to connect laptop. Restriction on timings till 5pm for same day check out is too limiting. At least till 6pm. Regular discounts can be given to pure same day check out customers

This Radission property is quite consistent and I feel at home everytime I stay here. ITs quite close to work place and thats an added bonus.

The room size is very good and we loved our stay here thoroughly. We also requested for a complimentary birthday decoration. The hotel staff went above and beyond to make our occasion special. I am thankful to them!

The breakfast area is on the ground floor itself; it got crowded when business meeting people came in on day 1.
