The location was good, and rates were reasonable... Ambience was good...

1. Staff came in the morning while we had our buffet breakfast and said only to us that only 15 mins left to 10:30 and we were going to close after that, how rude it was. 2. Birthday Cake was supposed to reach in the room at 11/11:30 pm as discussed at the time of check-in with the person Mr. Arpit we specifically asked do we have to remind he said no, but it was reminded again and again at 12 as the cake didn't reach us, and we got out Birthday cake at 12:35 am, how sad is that. 3. Bathrobes had stains of something which I photographed.

Overall, I had a pleasant stay. The staff were courteous and helpful, always ready to assist when needed. The room was spacious, well-maintained, and clean, providing a comfortable environment throughout my stay. I also appreciated the cleanliness across the property, which was consistently upheld. The swimming pool was a highlight — clean, well-kept, and ideal for relaxation.

The check-out process could be improved. I had to wait approximately 10 minutes for the front desk to confirm the room status, possibly due to a minibar check. At properties like The Leela, this step is handled more efficiently — guests are not kept waiting, and there’s a level of trust extended regarding minibar usage unless stated otherwise. Implementing a similar approach could enhance the overall guest experience.

The must amazing bday was spent they made it extra special for me I can’t thank them enough so so touched by the extra miles they took for me to make it extra spl with cakes upgrade of room little late checkout the amazing restraunt lunch of my bday the North Indian restraunt kaansa with lip smacking food the amazing bar and the room in dinning i highly recommend this property for Amazing stay and hospitality and the hard working staff who make it a great experience for a more than a comfortable stay keep it up

Everything is perfect

In 16 days of touring and traveling India, we stayed in 7 different 5 stars, very good hotels, but this one was definitely the best of them all. Facilities are excellent starting with the lobby and restaurants, the gym and the pool. The rooms are big, convenient and indulging , great shower and bathtub. But above all - the staff was incredible! All of them always smiling and willing to help, caring about our overall feeling and doing their best to make us comfortable and satisfied

Absolutely nothing!

The location is good; close to the airport. The concierge service is very prompt & one can avail it to easily. The buffet breakfast is excellent but it seems the restaurant is understaffed especially during peak hours.

Being a five star property, one expects all the services to be top notch. When we asked about the laundry service for delivery in 12 hours, we were told that we would be charged 1.5 times the normal rate. We haven’t heard this kind of response from any other five star properties we had stayed in.

Above all, the service in the hotel deserves a score of 10. The location of the hotel is perfect for me because the companies I work with are 10 minutes' drive from the hotel. The breakfast, as well as the buffet offered by the hotel, is perfect, and I have yet to say enough about the professionalism of the staff in the restaurant! The choice of food for breakfast is more than enough! and in addition, you can choose something special and the staff, the chefs will meet you!

I have stayed at many hotels around the world, including those rated 5 stars. This hotel would rate as one of the “very best” I’ve stayed at. It’s not overly luxurious but very well appointed. The Crowne Plaza Gurugram exudes a wonderful ambiance coupled with incredible service. Moreover, breakfast and dinner options and food quality is amazing. If you are travelling to Gurugram for business -stay here! You won’t be disappointed. I congratulate the hotel’s management for offering a truly special hotel experience.

I stayed here for 2 nights with my mum and it was just a real treat to have such a comfortable and lovely hotel to stay at after all the travelling around India. The decor is great, the beds are super comfy. The toilet seat is even heated it's just lovely. Massive bath tubs. I've stayed in a few crowne plazas in the UK but this one beats them all. The staff are lovely also very helpful. Only 25mins from airport so good place for each access to your flight. The food is great, I had struggled on this whole trip as my body doesn't do to well with spices and I have a dairy allergy. The breakfast was great, a great range of international dishes, fruits and continental. Dinner was also great, from a cold bar, to Indian and Asian dishes. Kebabs. I'm vegan and have a dairy allergy, the chefs came over to me and explained all foods in th3 buffet that are free of dairy and if I wanted them to make me anything they would. The spa is lovely also, nice way to de stress as Delhi can be hectic. My mum and I have aroma massages and scalp massages. They were great. Thank you. Only Downfall is there is a club of some sort close by, you can see all the lights from our room and the music is so loud, goes on till a out 3am I could still here. Nothing they can do though. Also I would ask for the music in the bar when you first enter the hotel to be a bit more chilled and quieter. I love my music but sometimes it's hard to think when sorting things at reception and all you need is some nice background music not loud rap music lol. Thank you, I'd definitely stay again.

The jacuzzi could definitely be hotter in the spa.

A delightful hotel to stay in at the end of our holiday in India. Lovely to have the pool and spa; the room was very comfortable (apart from the air con - see below) and the hotel staff couldn’t have been more helpful and welcoming. The concierge was brilliant and sorted a quick last minute shopping trip with a driver to a tailor nearby, which was exactly what I was looking for. Highly recommend.

There was a problem with the air con in our room, which took several hours to fix - very hot! - but the staff were friendly and helpful, and they did manage to fix it in the end.

A wonderful place to stay. All requisite amenities available within the hotel to make the trip comfortable. Clean room, modern interior , very well kept and maintained. Special mention to the Cafe G staff for their friendly, attentive, smiling and courteous behaviour, especially Gaurav Singh and Rubina.
