We had a wonderful stay at Taj... especially at the Restaurants..Special mention to Roshni from the Thai restaurant who really took care of us and was very sweet. We ate at Culina 44 almost everyday and the staff there became like family - we would like to mention the following people who took good care of us and made us feel welcome and special, Pritesh, Sahil, Rafat, Ravi, Vahsy, Indrajeet, Amit, Hamza, the assitant managers Pankaj, Jagdish, Pravesh, chef Vishal, Sumit. Breakfast was excellent. The flute player in the breakfast hall was a nice touch.

The staff was ok. They never followed through on my requests. Once I asked for fruits to be delivered to the room and it was never delivered. Also, I asked about an upgrade, the front desk staff said they would follow up but never did.

The hotel is very comfortable, silent, fashionable.. Close to business area of Gurugram. I loved that evening has open buffet meal selection and live music. The food is very delicious. The hotel and rooms are clean. There is all needed staff in room like slippers, bathrobe and etc.

Actually nothing apart very intense airconditioning, which makes room very cold even I turn it off. But all the rest is excellent.

The stay was amazing. Bathroom was amazing, luxury bath amenities were there. Although, there were a few areas of improvement. Restaurant staff can be a bit more proactive. The breakfast spread was also a little small when compared to other 5 stars.

Staff during buffet should walk around looking out what someone needs. But majorly you need to call someone to get you what you wanted or get the plates removed. Overall the service was excellent. Staff was really polite and caring as well. The room size was a bit small.

Amazing staff, everyone was extremely polite, caring and helpful, from the restaurant, to reception, care takers, luggage handlers, cleaners. The hotel is very clean and calm, the beds are very comfortable and the rooms are well designed. and catered for an enjoyable stay. The breakfast is excellent and varied. The dinner buffet was also varied and tasty. An excellent place to stay not far from the Indira Ghandhi International Airport. Perfect if one wants to avoid going into Delhi. I will definitely keep it in mind for my next visit to India.

Location, a bit far from the city centre, I wasnt aware of that, as such that is on me If I returned to Delhi, I would not hesitate in staying again.

A very nice and amazing stay. Top-notch service, excellent breakfast, and convenient location. We live outside India so not used to any level of pampering. Having reached the property late at night after a super long flight, we felt everything was in place, check-in was super convenient, and as per my instruction, an entire crate of mineral water was kept in my room before I even entered the room. Room service was amazing with loads of options even at 3.00 am in the morning. We were awestruck by the level of politeness and service. I would say my experience at this property absolutely was - Top Notch!
