Cleanliness Hospitality Food Ambience was calming. Gave a very aesthetic and grandeur feel. Loved these!!

Room should have had a mirror. The only mirror is in the washroom. Family members had tough time getting ready. Didn't like the Restrictions in swimming pool which should have been for membership holders of this club. Tourists like us who come to enjoy pool time must be allowed to play with pool balls since we don't know how to swim I order to enjoy a family time. Also, due to swim caps, I got severe headache later on. Swim caps should also be kept optional not mandatory For tourists rules should be different. This place should turn into a Farmhouse for tourists without any restrictions.

The staff, facilities, cleanliness, location were all super.

However, being an old property, a little care should be taken to avoid any unexpected maintenance issues. During the middle of the night, while I was sound asleep, the trap door of the A/C unit got dislodged and opened with a huge bang, supported only by its hinges. Luckily, this happened at night, since if it took place during the day and there was a guest walking, or standing under the trap door, a serious injury could have occurred. Pls take abundance of caution. Thanks

Breakfast was tasty and with many options with many live options too , rooms are big and having all amenities like safe, almirah,coffee maker and mini bar

It would be nice to have if washroom doors have latch , it's perfectly ok if you travel with your spouse but with friends and family it would be better to have latches in the washrooms instead of current sliding door only

Lots of space to walk and facilities I could not explore this time. May be next time I come for 2-3 days and use the other facilities. The price of food was also reasonable being a five star property.

No usb sockets for mobile charging in the room. Usually all 5 star properties have it.

I actually stayed for 9 nights at The Palms Town and Country Club (attending a wedding and various related ceremonies which were held there :) The breakfast was great! a widely varied buffet with both Indian and 'western' choices such as pastries, fruit, cereals, toast, fresh watermelon juice & different hot dishes each day. And you could order an Omelette (masala or plain) or a Dosa (something like a savoury crepe made from lentil flour so gluten free :-) also plain or masala) and 'Indian Tea'. So I had a dosa or an omelette each morning (mostly masala) with coconut 'chutney' & sometimes 'salty curds' and 1or 2 cups of masala chai, the last one in a take away cup to go. Unusually, they make the Chai without sugar.. you can add your own..and fairly strong (not super milky), which I imagine is an adjustment for more western-style tastes. There are several restaurants at the Club and I also had a really good chicken and mushroom with green beans & mashed potato dish for dinner one night at the poolside cafe. I had a great massage too..with warm Ayervedic oils.

Though I said yes to a quiet room - the club is a popular wedding venue in February so there was drumming and singing on several nights when I went to bed fairly early. However I had good (silicone putty) earplugs with me and the 'noise' didn't go much beyond 10.30pm so it wasn't a real problem. There is the New Delhi smog cough..but that is unavoidable currently

The hotel is a country club. I love the Indian way and everything at this peacefully place. I externded my stay and have been upgraded. What was an amazing gesture.

No comments. Who ever likes Indian food and tradition will be well there.

The resort is centrally located, several restaurants in the vicinity ( in case you prefer to eat outside), buffet breakfast was yummy with plenty of options and cheerful, attentive service. The swimming pool is the icing on the cake

The rooms could have been cleaned better, and hand towels should be kept.

They forgot to clean the bathroom walls. I informed the front desk. They changed the room which was cleaned correctly.

Property is beautiful with all amenities required to stay with family . 3 restraunts in - house - which have great food . Spa is really good . Best part is they have a kid zone , for kids to play
