This property is located right in front of a big park. This makes it quiet pleasant and there isnt much noise in this part of the neighbourhood either. I loved the setup of the studios - elegant and simple with ample space. Spent an evening on the balcony outside my room just admiring the natural tree canopy. The staff is quite prompt and comes to assist with anything. There was no parking in the building for my car, but they found a spot just around the corner - which was really sweet of them.

The property is good and they could improve the lounge area. There is sitting there but if they could put something for entertainment it might become better.

As a foreign traveller I can’t recommend this place enough! The property is clean and reasonably well kept. Bonus point for the fact that the room is cleaned and the towels are changed every day: something that is not to be given for granted in other properties in the same price range. Great value for the money, especially considering that similarly priced alternatives in South Delhi are far far worst when it comes to cleanliness and generally to the overall quality of the services provided. I also received a free room upgrade at check-in, which was much appreciated. A special thank you to the attentive staff and to Payal in particular who did their best to swiftly satisfy my requests.

The small kitchenette in the room was not the most functional and some utensils had not been cleaned properly, but I’m sure that if I asked the staff would have fixed that promptly.

The location of the property and the property itself is excellent. There is a metro station just behind, an atm & deliveries are also very convenient at this property.

The balconies.. i spoke to PAYAL who helped me with my check-in process i realized there is only one room in this entire property which has a single balcony, rest all balconies are connected with other rooms, basically they are all sharing balconies. Otherwise my stay was amazing,my room was huge & clean, as this was my second time here, and i do look forward to book my stay here once again.

Nice place for a stay with the family. Convenient and easy to stay in. No problem with late checkin either. The studio was nice and all the amenities were as mentioned. Both me and my wife enjoyed the time in the outdoors as the park and surrounding areas were very nice. Staff was pretty good and supportive and always willing to go the extra mile for us. The breakfast service was very useful although we ate the rest of our meals outside.

There could be more TV channels. Had to connect my own later.

I had a great time staying at the Perch Service Apartment Hotel Mg Road. The staff were all very friendly/helpful, the food was good, room was clean and well furnished. I had a great time and I plan to come back. Payal was such a great help to me everyday at the reception desk!

The apartment and the facilities were top notch. We didn't really expect such a decent stay along with a fully functional kitchenette at such an affordable price of 3000 per night. We had a very good time and we even extended our stay by a day. Overall it was quite a comfortable and wholesome experience. Smart TV, Kitchenette and RO in the common area were plus points.

Breakfast options can be increased.

The location is the hotel is very good. The market is nearby, located in gated society. The staff is very professional. The price is the hotel is justified. Room are spacious. The building of the hotel is well maintained. This was my second stay here at perch mg road I would highly recommend it and would gladly stay there again.
