We traveled for medical tests at Fortis Memorial Hospital, and the location was excellent! Walking distance to the clinic without any hassle. The hotel service is excellent, staffs are so kind and helpful, and the room is so spacious and luxurious! We loved everything, and it definitely exceeded our expectations. I would like to thank Ankur, Praveen and Khushi (I hope I got her name right) at the reception who were very kind to us, and provided excellent customer service. Ankur has been there since our first day, and every time we needed something we went to him. At some point I feel that I was bothering him with my requests, but he always responded with smile and kindness. Praveen was very helpful as well. He facilitated money exchange for us with a reliable currency dealer, and even advised us where to go shopping for the things we needed. Praveen and Ankur have even arranged the hotel taxi to take us shopping for a whole day! The taxi driver Mr Anand Sharma had a pleasant personality, and stayed with us during our shopping and constantly updated the hotel about our whereabouts. The liaison between hotel management and taxi driver was very appreciated and professional, we didn't fear getting lost at all! Thank you so much to all the staffs.

Personally, as a foreigner, I found the breakfast a bit limited in the food options. There were local foods like dhosas, curries, chapati and etc which I love to eat, but which were too spicy to eat for breakfast. I would have preferred a more intercontinental breakfast for the main courses, such as potato hash brown, pancakes, and etc. Other than that, on the sides, the french pastries like pain chocolat, croissant, cupcakes were very delicious.

Neat and clean

Upon arriving early in the morning around 7 AM, I was informed that my booking had expired, despite having booked an overnight stay. I was forced to make a new booking at a higher rate on the spot. The room was provided much later, and I had to wait 2-3 hours in the arrival hall. The staff was uncooperative and claimed the hotel was fully booked for the day and night. When I attempted to book through Booking.com, it showed availability, but the staff paused the booking process while I was there, stating that they control the availability display. Overall, I had a very bad experience upon arrival.

Convenient location and walking distance to metro. Also the hotel is near by to sector 29 where many other hotels and eateries are there. The airport is a mere 30min ride. Beds were quite comfy.

Electrical sockets need to be replaced with modern ones that can cater to all types of chargers which are useful for international travellers. No socket in the bathroom for the hair dryer and had to connect in the room.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Park Plaza Hotel, and I must say, it was a fantastic experience from start to finish. The reception hosts were truly amazing, providing a warm and welcoming atmosphere upon our arrival. The staff as a whole were great, always ready to assist and ensure that our needs were met. The managers were incredibly supportive and made sure that everything ran smoothly throughout our stay. One of the highlights of our visit was the cleanliness of the rooms, which was a testament to the hard work of the housekeeping staff. It was evident that they took great pride in their work, and it certainly did not go unnoticed. I also have to commend the bell boys, who were not only efficient but also good-hearted, adding a personal touch to our experience. I would like to extend my sincerest thanks to the entire staff and the general manager for hosting us and providing such a wonderful stay. The level of hospitality truly gave us a "home away from home" feeling, and I cannot wait to return for another visit.

The gym need some work

Room and food excellent. Value for money. Staff too very good. Location not bad as Metro sttaion very close-by but lot of hussle in surrounding areas though no problem when you are inside the property. We could not find any place to roam around for leaisure. Otherwise property in itself 10/10 as even prices are very reasonable

Location not any close to airport but opnion may vary from person to person and purpose of stay. Our stay was only a transit stay and that was too good

Modern & comfortable. They accommodated request for check-out at 1pm and for keeping our luggage until late evening. Extra beds came-in easily. The service personnel for café & bakery were very helpful.

Service could be better: the person at check-in took very very long to process the passports etc. without offering us the possibility to access the room. Would be great if pool was heated + towels were provided, they weren't even though we requested.

This hotel surprised us as it is very attractive and the room was large and very comfortable. A good price modern hotel for an airport stay over. The location is very busy but the hotel has nice gardens around hiding from the busy main road. Wedding venue to rear if you like a cultural experience or have good earplugs. Good breakfast choices for many tastes. Rooftop terrace lovely. Good taxi ride from airport

Many staff, attentive but only two or three smiling and friendly. It’s a business hotel so maybe that’s what’s expected, a bit of distance.

1. The location is great. We were visiting Fortis Hospital and the location of Park Plaza is a walking distance from the hospital. 2. The rooms were actually quite spacious and the TV had a good selection of both local and international content.

1. The breakfast options could be better 2. The common spaces aren't very spacious, and that's when you realize that it's actually not a very big hotel. ( Perhaps people who like small hotels will therefore find this as a plus )

The arrangement of the food during the breakfast, the courteous behaviour of staffs, the easy access to the hotel from Galleria market, and the size of the room.

The exhaust did not work properly in the washroom (had to change room but still a stinky smell was there in the new room). More options/varieties in the breakfast is usually there in other good hotels of this range.

Nice place, welcomed us with a complimentary tea as we had several hours more to check-in. Food is good, facilities are good.

I left an item of sentimental value at the hotel. I called several times but never got any response. Later I got someone else to call and he was told that nothing was found in the room. Losing something of sentimental value is heartbreaking. I am 100% certain I left it at the hotel. They could have done a better job at finding the item since I even told them where I left it. They could have easily found it as I called within hours of checking-out.
