The property is well designed, with spacious rooms. They are exactly like the photographs on the website.The rooms have all standard amenities in good working conditions. The staff are courteous, polite and prompt. The supervisors like Mr.Mayur Hooda and Ms.Crystal are helpful and can be reached readily. Mr.Abbas - the restaurant manager is always attentive to the needs of all the guests.The property is well connected by public transport and is located in the vicinity of several businesses. Overall we had a good stay in a homely atmosphere.

We had a great stay at the Omega. The rooms are comfy and clean. Food at the restaurant is delicious. What makes Omega so great though is the staff .. especially Crystal. She has a big heart and has gone out of her way to help us and make this feel like a home too. We chose this place as it was close to Fortis and I needed some time to recover from an operation. It was perfect thanks.

Hotel Location is perfect, Hotel Staff is very humble and helpful, Room Size is also perfect. Also they have emergency medicine for us which is really appreciated. Note : Only for the Staff Behavior - I'm really want to stay whenever i'm visit Gurgaon again.

1. Please Provide Smart TV to watch Youtube and other OTT Contents because not everyone is watching Daily Soaps. 2. Omega Kitchen Staff - Can Improve Food Quality; e.g. Biryani rice Quality is very low as per price and please include Stuff or plain Paratha's, Normal Tea (Cook on Gas) & Omelet in Breakfast menu, also they can improve Sambhar taste with lil Masala's. 3. You Must have include these items in your welcome guest kit :-Shaving Kit / Disposable Slipper / Shaving Kit / Bathrobe.

Nice and big rooms which were very clean and well lit. Great food and great staff made our stay extra comfortable. The staff accommodates requests for food customisation as well. Highly recommended overall.

The location shown on the map during booking is wrong. The location shown was next to taj city centre however the exact location is next to sakura hotel on the block about a kilometre away! This must be fixed.

My parents and I were here because we had a family member in the ICU at Fortis. The commute to Fortis was 4 minutes and it was very convenient for us to be so close. We could order anything that we wanted cooked and the kitchen would make it for us. The breakfast buffet was excellent. The rooms were cleaned well every day. The water bottles were replenished regularly. There was nothing that I felt was missing during this stay. It was very warm and personal. The staff was very kind and supportive and it felt like a home environment. I want to say a big Thank you to Nishant, Abbas, Chandan, Krishna, Shubham, Dharmender, Sandeep, Rakesh, and all the others for taking such good care of us. I wish the Omega family the very best. The approach to the hotel.

Excellent customer service and all the staff are extremely helpful. We have loved this place so much that it has become 'home' for us while we are here. Crystal, Chandan, Abbas and Deepak are truly an asset for this hotel!

The fragrance of the room was good, sheets were clean and the towels were properly washed like the top hotels. The AC worked fine and entire properly was clean. No torn or stained linen unlike other cheap priced hotels, no unpleasant smell in the room and the hotel. You can order your own food online and eat as well.

The hotel restaurant isn’t open at night and the receptionist got somewhat impatient with the payment of the hotel. But the other receptionist was pretty helpful.
