The food was great. I enjoyed dinners on the terrace even though the entire Delhi/Gurugram area is way too loud and busy The manager Sunil was very helpful to me when I got sick and needed medication and juices that the hotel did not supply. He was patient with me and SPOKE ENGLISH. The prices were fair and I was allowed to stay an extra night for a discounted price when the hotel emptied out The staff were attentive and helped me with room service and my other needs Bed was comfortable enough and room was clean enough… not spotless, but good enough A/C worked and the best hot showers Ive had in a month in india

Room didnt seem to have a thorough and deep clean in a long time. Sheets may have been clean, but had many stains from who knows when. Location was not great, but all of Gurugram seemed to be a place I could have skipped entirely. Only the manager and the owner seemed to understand even simple english so there were times that neither were there and I would get very frustrated trying to ask for basic things

Our Hotel stay was very comfortable the staff was courteous and friendly rooms were clean and food was good. Enjoyed our stay at Imperial park Gurgaon; courteous, efficient staff, spacious rooms, good breakfast. Great for Gurgaon area stay.

Everything about this hotel was exceptional. The room was spotless, stylish, and had all the amenities you could want, from a coffee machine to a smart TV. The hotel staff were so friendly and attentive, and they made sure every detail of our stay was perfect. The breakfast buffet was delicious, and the location couldn’t have been better for sightseeing. I would rate this hotel a solid 10/10."

This property is located in a prime location and has excellent hygiene. The staff is cooperative and responsive. The food is extremely good and the room service is quick. Staff great, room clean, bedding the best I received in India and Nepal. 15 odd stays. Little things as well. Water on arrival. Chai was supplied without asking to my room. Tea coffee water and toiletries in the room.

Location at the end of the yellow line so a bit out of the way. But as a base I would suggest the extra travel times around Delhi well worth it in having a nice place to stay. Every other hotel was at best a 1 star.

For the price we paid, I wasn’t expecting such an amazing experience! The hotel exceeded all expectations. The staff were friendly, the room was modern and comfortable, and the amenities were top-notch. I especially appreciated the free breakfast each morning, which had a great selection. Location was perfect for exploring the local area

I had an incredible stay at this hotel! The location was perfect—right in the heart of the city, making it easy to walk to museums, and shops. The room was spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated. The staff were incredibly welcoming and went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed.

The IRD is amazing, you cannot order from outside until 11pm. The staff are too good and very professional.

The balcony door was not closing. This is a little concerning as we were on the 1st floor. There is no lock and can be opened easily from outside
