The Guwahati Address is located in central city, close to buses and restaurants. The room was comfortable, the wifi and air condition worked well, and the staff is friendly and delightful in every respect. The room is spacious and the bathroom contains a large shower area. I especially enjoyed the different choices for breakfast and the kindness of the dining room staff. I also ate dinner in the restaurant and both the food and staff were fantastic.

The hotel did not reply to my email sent through booking.com regarding my arrival time, nor did they reply to my whatsapp, so communication is a bit frustrating.

The Breakfast on all Four Days was Very Good. Good choice / options for VEG breakfast. The Staff was Very Cooperative and Willing to Help Us.

For Dinner The Menu did Not Have Much Variety in VEG Menu. Some more Vegetables could be added in the MAIN Menu

After a hectic holiday in Shillong, we were looking for a quite and comfortable place to unwind and the hotel provided us with just perfect environment. With the warm decor, highlighting the NE India’s heritage, the hotel provides a very calm and comforting stay amidst the hustle bustle of the city. Loved the restaurant but icing on the cake is their coffee shop which provides an amazing variety of tea experiences. Would definitely love to stay here again.

The road outside the hotel is undergoing renovation leading to traffic congestion. Also a waste water drain which flows right outside the property gives out an unbearable stench, though it doesn’t make its way into the hotel.

Good quality hotel, clean, valve for money, good food at restaurant.

Rooms were not ready even at 3. One room allocated was not cleaned despite other rooms been cleaned ( there were no guests waiting) Communication at reception is poor Wi-Fi bad Morning checkout ( very early) no one at reception. Then it took 40 mins to find restaurant bills to complete the process. Looks like reception staff are not trained

On my vacations i like trying local boutique set up rather than usual big chains. I was not dissapointed at all. Liked many things about the place. To start with extremely tasteful interiors warm and rich, yet uncomplicated. Lots of warm color wood, well polished, designed with local craft. Really liked the restaurant and the cafe, again everything was classy and felt as if lot of designing thought have gone into it to make the experinces classy. Not an overwhelming menu but great food. Warm and polite staff, probably the most critical element to make a difference to one's experience. Appreciate Tanku's efforts and lady's warmth at the front desk. Wish I remember more names. BIG THUMBS UP.

Breakfast spread can be slightly better and so could they do by rotating menu. They should think about covering the drain right in front of the hotel which does not give a good feeling while entering. They can have an Innova for transport. Single dezire do not do justice to the class and often occupied.

Rooms and the property were tastefully done. Excellent staff very courteous.

Room were very nice, but had a smell of cigarettes even though it was a non smoking room. Also the restaurant was expensive

Wonderful hotel and restaurant ambience, quality of food served at restaurant or in room dining is very good and one of the highlights, it’s a pity our stay at Guwahati wasn’t for a long time but we would definitely stay here if we come back to Guwahati in future..

Pricing on rooms could be more competitive and offer more deals / discounts.

The aesthetics, tidiness, courteous staff and breakfast spread was delicious and very good variety.

Pillows were too flat. One high and flat pillow would be nice.

The location and the warmth of the staff members were fabulous. It’s a wonderful brand and I am completely satisfied.

Nothing as such. Just that the surrounding area of the hotel is undergoing a lot of infrastructure development works. This is a major challenge as this not only creates a lot of noise & dust but makes the already busy area all the more congested.

Location. Too much of construction work going around and outside is very dusty
