Good location, 5 minutes from the train station and 15 minutes from the fort. I was welcomed by a professional and efficient staff though it looks that there are not many foreign tourists there. Clean, giant and rather modern room overall. Hot shower, towels, soap, toilet paper and even a small heater. The rooms are rather well insulated for India (phonically and thermally).

We would have appreciated advice (on places to visit etc.) or offer of a pick-up from the train station from the staff. Slightly high price. The condition of the room would require some basic work (dangerous electrical outlets, mold on the walls, ineffective flushing).

Great location, very helpful and polite staff, and delicious food as well. The room was quite comfortable and equipped with all the necessary amenities. A very good hotel for its price and easily accessible via cabs too. It's worth recommending, overall.

The cleanliness around the hotel could be better. The water pressure from the washroom taps/shower was also below the satisfactory level. The rooms should also be more insulated from outside noise.

Hotel is very clean and rooms were big in size, room service was really good , food is also very tasty within very affordable price range. Staffs were really helping.

Nothing much to complaint staffs were definitely good but it would be great if the person who comes for room service maintains some distance from door instead of entering as the door opens.

This hotel in gwalior is a gem! I loved it soo much. You must try their Malai Kofta, the best one I’ve had in my trips around India. They can arrange for you a rickshaw or car to rent going to gwalior fort, gwalior zoo, etc. The staff here are also super nice and friendly. There are many newer hotels nearby but I wouldn’t think twice staying again in this hotel. The room is big and the bathroom has a really huge tub.

Our experience at Hotel Grace was absolutely amazing and so far the best one of our 15 days trip in India. The room was clean, hot, comfy and had all the services needed. The water was hot and they gave us an heating system without needing to ask for it. The personal was so reliable and attentive to our needs. They kept our bags safe during all the day and allowed us to stay in a room and eat during the evening even though we already checked out in the morning. They called for us a taxi to bring us safe at our bus stop. The food was excellent and the service was extremely reactive. As young european backpackers who may feel unsafe in some places, we would definitely have loved to stay in this place in Gwalior for a longer time. It felt like home. Good location and fantastic staff. The restaurant and food there was also amazing. The room was very spacious and exceptional comfortable. Great value for money. Definitely recommend.

All great, having to re enter the Wi-Fi codes was slightly annoying. One code to log into and stay connected for our whole stay would have made it better, but still wouldn’t stop us staying again.

Location and behaviour of staff.

No lift, so to reach 2 nd floor , you have to use stairs. The electronic door lock was not working properly. In the allotted room there was no window, so you have to adjust with darkness during power failures till the generator starts functioning.

Staff were friendly and helpful. There was a secure location to leave my motorcycle. The food was nice and reasonably priced.

There is hot water and Wi-Fi is good. There are many other good points, but the staff are especially great. They are kind and friendly. The food in the restaurant is also very delicious.

Good hotel standard for India, clean rooms, working hot water, international card payment available. Good room service incl. breakfast, parking in front of hotel.

Not in a short walking distance to city center, but transportation in India is not a problem :).
