I heard about Time walk but I actually felt it as this property made us feel we are in ancient Maharaja Era and we are Maharaja family. From main door welcome until final good bye this hotel did not leave any stone unturned. It was so so so personal and heartfelt welcome 🙏 The horse cart welcome was just faboulous with drum music 🎶…. Front desk team with lady named Yashika ( may be wrong name ) she took us to the room and showed us whole hotel with its history .. so talented lady with crisp of high level hospitality .. Vijay also from front desk guided us to his best Night Manager , he gave my kids painting stuff and made my kid so happy .. thank you again Coming over to Food , the guy who welcomed us and served us whole time was so generous and was standing on his toes all the while we were there . Food was so awesome 👏 great taste specially Cholle Bhature 🥰🥰 House keeping guy Santosh did tremendous job. He showed us their best Suits and it gave us urge to come again 🥰🥰 In and all , great staff , good food , excellent property , kids pool with jacuzzi 🥰👏 Bada Bar so elegant and beautiful 🤩 Thank you Taj , we will never go away from your Group in all over future Indian trips

Our recent stay at Taj Usha Kiran Palace was nothing short of extraordinary! From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make our visit truly memorable. We were pleasantly surprised when they graciously upgraded our room to a ground-floor haven, which made things incredibly convenient for my elderly father. Their assistance with a wheelchair was not only appreciated but showcased a level of service that sets Taj Usha Kiran Palace apart. A special shoutout to Mr. Bhavesh, who took it upon himself to arrange a delightful walk for my father. His commitment and dedication to ensuring our utmost comfort were truly commendable. Ms. Aarushi's personal touch in organizing a drawing and coloring activity for our kid added an extra layer of warmth to our stay. The culinary delights served were a feast for the senses - the food and tea were beyond delicious. Our rooms were not just accommodations; they were cocoons of comfort, with beds so cozy that every night was a restful retreat. Ms. Riya, always at our beck and call, ensured that our requests were promptly and efficiently taken care of. The ambiance of the palace is nothing short of regal. With two temples within the premises, the atmosphere exuded peace and spirituality, making us feel like Maharajas in our own right. To top it off, the horse cart riding experience for our son was an absolute delight, adding an extra layer of joy to our stay. The most incredible 24 hours here. The fabulous royal welcome and horse drawn carriage and music was an amazing experience. The staff were all amazingly helpful and nothing was too much trouble. Dheeraj in particular was such a honey!! The room was just beautiful and everything honestly insane. They even had printed out a proposed itinerary of what we could do including a walk around the ground, prayer in the temple and yoga in the morning. Everything was super and definitely recommend. For somewhere so high level, you still felt like you experienced the culture as wel. It was fab. Food also was delish!!!

Literally all was insane, the only thing to comment was the menus being on iPads was a bit annoying. And we only had one iPad for both of us. I think it is the hotel trying to be modern and move away from paper. However, something of this level, and this classy, this sadly detracts from that. If I was to receive an iPad for a menu In the Ritz in London - I would be shocked. And this is that level. A nice leather bound menu would be more appropriate.

The staff were very polite and helpful. The food was outstanding. This is a beautiful property with spacious rooms, manicured lawns, fine decorations, and every imaginable convenience. The evening Ganesh Aarti was wonderful. I would definitely come back.

I traveled with 2 local friends from a small town. A (very) few of the staff were somewhat dissmissive of them. The bar prices were steep.

Exceptional staff and services. We got in quite exhausted after our travelling and the staff went out of their way to make us feel comfortable and relax. Special mention Ashok from the front office, Kavitha the chef, Santosh in house keeping and Chandini and Vanitha from hospitality/ Food and beverage. These staff members went over and above the call of duty to ensure we had a most memorable stay.

The rooms smelt a bit musty.

Taj Usha Kiran, Palace, Gwalior. The grandeur and opulence of Maharajas being maintained by Taj Group and offering as holiday destination is stupendous.

🤔 Nothing to write home about. Everything was superb.

Good ambience. Room given was of very good size. though I saw some smaller rooms . The Amenities in the room was very good. Some items like TV remote, AC needed some maintenance but the mechanic came quick upon telephone to Reception . Bathroom was excellent. Breakfast and Lunch /Dinner was great in taste and the manager very helpful. Reception staff very friendly.

Bar tender need to serve cocktails better. But may be we had one exception when the a cocktail was not upto standard ;but on pointing out the replaced drink was perfect Rooms should have detail booklet informing of all hotel facilities

Impeccable service and little surprises throughout the stay, very clean and delicious food. Super peaceful with comfortable beds. We enjoyed the pool and outdoor chess too!
