Excellent Location in the market , walkable from Bada and Jai Vilas Palace. Excellent Hospitality of Reception (Agrawal Ji) and theirs Staff , very cooperative and polite. Breakfast was complimentary , very delicious. Taken Lunch and dinner also , very tasty , with good quantity. Room was good in first floor , bigger was available in Second floor only. Car parking is nearby around 200 Meter from property , in Municipality Parking , which was free for me. Mr Ramhith escorted well for parking the car and also while taking back the car during check out.

Since Hotel is in Congested area of Nayapura Bazar , so onsite parking is little bit issue, even though hotel managed very well at nearby public parking ,Secondly It could be better if bigger room could be provided at the same floor.

Breakfast was excellent, perhaps even better than the deliciously spicy aloo parantha was the service and charm of the hotel staff member who brought me my breakfast. Every morning he would come to my door and help me pick food from the menu. My breakfast came free with the very affordable price of my room, so the fact they went this extra mile to help me with breakfast was very charming. I really looked forward to seeing the staff each morning I was there. Laundry service was very good and very reasonably priced.

we are from Bhopal but live in Europe since long time. as we stayed in India . i wanna say my experience was great. owner is very helpful. we had checked out in morning but we had train in night. so owner offers us to stay for few hours to take rest in evening. he is very good and polite. even staff is also very good to serve you food and amenities at time. i highly recommend this hotel to everyone.

It is in a lively area. The hotel was basic but nice enough. The bed was comfortable. The staff were very nice, friendly and helpful.

Nothing really wrong with the hotel although it was a bit noisy. It is also quite far from the Fort which is the main attraction. I also could not find many places to eat in the area. I ate at the same small roadside stall all three evenings I was there.

Hotel in market place and near by multistoried paid parking (less than 500 m). Market closes after 10 PM so no outside noise in the room. Hotel staff was very helpful. Perfect for quick stay and leave situation.

Room's bathroom could be clean, else I would recommend this hotel for family as well. Hand sanitizer to be in reception and room as well.

Staff was polite, humble and friendly. Breakfast was complimentary and very good. Bathroom had hot water facility which is a blessing during winters. Everything was good in general.
